So far, I had no issue. The only thing I learned is that they do NOT accept cash. This might be applicable to all rental places, IDK. The rep inside might look not friendly, but she is doing her job and helping.

Car was fine. Service was terrible. When I both picked up and dropped off no it took forever. And nobody was at the counter. Took five minutes to find someone each time
