The slowest location ever. And after experiencing this horrible counter lady first hand I completely understand every 1 star review about her… honestly she should be fired she single handedly ruined that location.The front desk lady completely just left for over 30 minutes while people are waiting in the lobby. Doing who knows what probly just doing nothing in the back because she lazy and clearly a miserable person.Believe what others have said and just avoid this location if possible. Literally go anywhere else if you want anything to be doneEnded up leaving and will be renting else where

I have been waiting over 2 months to get refunded for rentals that they confirmed and accepted without ever allowing me to use the rental.They STOLE MY MONEY and refuse to give it back.I was promised refunds and now I have spent several hours of my time just to get my money back, after they wasted tons of my time and money already.They took my money and have now wasted several hours of my time just so they can keep a few petty dollars for their billion dollar company.This is an awful company full of thieves. Stay away at all costs.They stole my money and refuse to give it back and now they have stolen tons of my time too, just so they can keep the money they stole from me!Your company is going to lose way more time and money than the $40 you stole is worth.

This place is horrible! I tried to make a reservation online no where in the details does it tell you that you have to leave an additional 25$ deposit! I cancelled the reservation and was told that it will take up to 10 business days for my refund! They took it out the ministry I hit submit ! The customer service line was horrible as well! Don’t use them I should have looked at the reviews first seeing now they only have 2.9 stars

I received a SUV with a faulty audio system. I was stuck with a $600 rental I couldn't use my phone or listen to the radio. The company refused to issue me a credit or comparable vehicle to replace it for the time I had it

Terrible customer service. Prepaid for a car. Show up with a valid NJ License and my card I used to pay. They ask for my passport?? Took my money, couldnt offer any recourse. The woman behind the counter kept disappearing every 5 minutes for 10-15 minute intervals, and no there were no other renters she was helping. First and last time using budget

The female at the counter has the rudest and most unpleasant attitude. I have never seen a business run by such employees. She is unwelcoming, careless, and extremely rude. I will not rent from this location ever again. I have heard about her attitude and bad customer service from others but I got to experience it first hand. Management needs better employees and service. Customers should not be allowed to feel unwelcome. I was a customer yet she made it seem like she was doing me a favor renting me a vehicle. Not okay.

Thr whole process was simple and fast, the vehicle was readily available for earlier pick up than the scheduled time. The lady at custcustomer service was very friendly and professional. The car was pretty new and clean. The price was budget friendly. I will definitely refer my family and friends in the future

I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews especially about an employee. But the lady that works there was not the nicest and was outside smoking marijuana. Came back into the office and her eyes were all red and she reeked of marijuana. I don’t care what you do on your own time but when you’re working please have a little courtesy especially when young kids are present. My kids didn’t need to smell your marijuana. Will not be going to this location again.

The rep was super nice and I was in and out in about ten minutes after reserving online. It's my third time using this location in about 6 months.

This location didn't have the cargo van we reserved at the reservation time nor any suitable substitute. We were told to phone customer service who then told me to expect a call regarding inventory at other locations within 15 min - 2 hours. I found a similarly confounding UHaul rental nearby (who at least had vans) and wasted at least 1.5 hours of my day.

Hands down wurst experience In customer service. The lady behind counter had no care about helping me get a rental. She kept walking out for minutes at time and coming back with no resolution. Not sure how you are in business at this location

(LODI NJ Budget)VERY rude woman behind the desk. I got the impression that she works there as a punishment. I took the car with 3/4 fuel and returned it the same. Of course the woman asks me why not full. She seemed to understand what was going on and the next day the payment for refueling. The money was only refunded after calling customer service. I skip the fact that the cars are always dirty and I have to clean them in front of the house before we leave with the family.This is my last rental in this location !

Very bad customer service ,the lady work there has a bad attitude I was returning my rental I was wating for her about half hour finally she’s coms out and got me charge $100 extra for returning late … never go back again
