“Hard to believe I’m saying this about a government office, but this is by far the best post office in the area. The clerks are friendly, polite and helpful. Good hours and ample parking. Keep up the good work!Usually the government is completely inept and incompetent at everything it touches. But this place manages to be different.”
“This is by far the best and most efficient post office. The lines are quick, and the customer service is always great. Not too many are ran like this in the area.”
“Staff were very friendly and helpful! I came in with concerns regarding a package. The staff resolved the issue quickly and within a few hours they delivered the package to my house”
“As an eBay seller, this is the only USPS location I will go to. They are so incredibly kind, helpful, & patient when I come in with multiple items to ship. The lines move fast, parking is easy, & they really value your business.”

1213 Anderson Ave, Fort Lee“This is my favorite post office. There are quite a few to choose from in Fort Lee and in this area, but at this location you always get one on one attention and don’t feel rushed and always get the answers that you’re asking for. These people really are here to help you. So glad it’s down the street from me. It’s such a great part of this neighborhood.”
“We went here for passport appointment for our 1 month old baby. The place was really clean and maintained well. The staff was very friendly. We were attended by Yolanda. She was extremely professional and helped us with everything and was happy to answer some stupid questions we had. Everything went much better than we expected.”

609 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Bergen“Easter is love even though i moved a little far, but just because of Easter, i always used this location .... believe me, this is the only one usps location where you can find such a bright smiley, happy face, and a person with a positive attitude. She helped you without any discrimination. God bless her. i wanna give her thousands of stars ?”
“The older man there today 6/8/23 showed great customer service. He even helped me confirm a zip code for my shipment. I had to leave this review about him because I go to other post offices and everyone looks miserable! But, he was very nice and attentive. Thank you!”
“USPS Express 1-Day Envelope vs Fedex Priority Overnight(Fedex PO): Verdict is USPS!I got business documents by Fedex from westcoast for requiring my signature including a return envelop and US postage. I brought to the post office and asked a clark for the fastest service to return the signed documents. John pointed to the shelve and brought him a Flat rate envelop. And I handed the documents and the returned postaged envelope. He created the labels from it on his terminal and printed them. He put them in the envelope and sealed it. I only provided my phone number and handed a credit card. Momentarily I forgot where I was. This is called S-E-R-V-I-C-EThe USPS Express 1-Day product charged me $27.90 for Schedule delivery Date and Time (=overnight), even money back guarantee. I was told the Fedex Overnight charge was $65. John's service was great and USPS Express 1-Day product is the best choice.”

572 Valley Rd Ste 2, Montclair“I have to say this is the best USPS store I have ever visited! Here is what happened to me at end of year 2020: I had a crucial bundle of documents to mail to along with a self-expense mail, I felt anxious before visiting the store, the lady who showed up at 8 AM on time helped me patiently through the end, she is professional and informative, step by step walked me through, and today I received my mail back with renewed document! I really appreciate her help and service! God bless you!”
“Honestly the best post office experience. Im so used to post offices having very rude employees but no, not this one. Everyone is very nice, helpful and attentive.”
“These are the kindest and most helpful public employees you will ever encounter. I always walk out there with a smile on my face. They suggest the best way to package something, cost effective shipping and engage is neighborly conversation. There is never a wait.”
“They have been the friendliest and most professional staff around for many years. I have lived in other so called 'friendlier parts' of the country, but nothing matches HPO. Aside from the great service and friendly demeanor, the mail seems to get there faster when sent from the 'magic' outdoor mailbox' on the corner outside the Post Office. Kudo's also to the hard working home delivery carriers and drivers.”

“Very clean office, excellent customer service. The clerks here are courteous & very helpful. The hours of service from 10:00am to 7:00pm are a big plus for me. Been going to this office on Bergenline for more than a decade. Keep up the good work USPS”
“It's an impressive building on 8th Avenue and 34th Street, across from Madison Square Garden, that's built like an ancient Greek temple! It was built between 1911 and 1914, with an annex built between 1932 and 1935.”
“Phillip who helped me today deserves a raise. I could tell he was managing a line of impatient guests while helping me on the phone and he was handing everyone with such patience and grace. USPS workers really need more support and respect, kindness and patience. It’s a thankless job, and it’s especially harder during the holiday season. Thank you Phillip!Edited to add Corina was also super nice and helpful and whoever I spoke to last…needs an attitude adjustment. Super rude for absolutely no reason. Thanks.”
“I always come to this location because it is right here in town, and Mark is amazing. He is very patient, kind, and extremely helpful. He is the reason I always come back to this location because of the way he helps every time. Great job with this employee, he is a perfect face for the company.”

6406 Bergenline Ave Ste A, West New York“So, I just signed up just to leave 2 reviews (compliments) today: for both West New York post offices. This location is the one that my husband almost always goes to for my packages. The woman who is usually at the counter is very good at her job. I'm sorry, I don't know her name, but I've also seen her before when I used to drop off packages myself. The woman doesn't even need to be asked for a receipt- she automatically hands one. I'm talking about for prepaid labels. I mention this because I've lived at 3 different towns my whole life, and this is the only town that has NO ONE giving hassles to customers about receipts. I always need the receipts for proof of acceptance. And, at my previous town (not West New York), the office has lost a package after refusing to scan its label. So, I always had to beg or kind of argue for them to scan them. But not in this post office. So far, 0 lost packages. Over here, the employees, (especially the woman) are very helpful and polite, and don't yell about receipts. I actually hate this town and wish to move, but also don't want to because this is the BEST post office that I've EVER been to, period (and I've visited ones from several different towns). Love this post office and workers! They really work hard and correctly. I wanted to send my thanks to all of them.”
“I have always had great customer service inside the Lyndhurst Post Office. Since I was raised in Lyndhurst, the friendliness has never been lost! Please ADD whether or not you have an APC to your services. Thanks”
“Everyone I’ve interacted with the past few years has been very helpful and just nice to work with at this post office - feel for the workers building needs a reno!”

20 Main St, Little Ferry“Peggy was really great; I had an appointment for my five year old daughter's renewal of passport and she helped us in a jiffy. She was clear, friendly, speedy, and efficient; she took one good picture, we signed papers, she made copies, and we were out within 10 minutes. And TJ Kim was in the office at the time and was friendly, kind and tolerant of my happy children as we waited. I would give 10 stars.”

“Shipped an international package there. Representative Chris has been patient and informative all the time. We tried using the global express for 3 times it didn’t work out so eventually chose priority mail express. He handled the package pretty neatly and gave me two customer forms that I can fill at home if I wanna ship international package again. Two other representatives are efficient and friendly too. It’s good to see a post office operating in full capacity during holiday season.”
