“Chrysler replaced my transmission twice. When it broke the third time, I brought it to Barrett. Rich called me at the end of everyday giving me updates. He even stayed late one night to get it done becauce we were without a car for 2 weeks waiting for chrysler. Chrysler has still not returned any of our calls.

My husband was changing the transmission or before escape 2008 and the piece he was buying able to get it so they helped him finding a part. They're also they're very patient about us picking up the car from them. in addition they are extremely patient because my husband asked so many questions kept calling them but they were very very patient and they did a great job. If you need work on your transmission, that's the place to go. Their prices are fair. They were willing to work with you. They are also very knowledgeable and their customer care is Great.”

“My 2020 GLS 450 had no heat. The dealership told me they wanted over $8000 to basically replace the entire heating system. Not to mention they had replaced all these parts about a year and one day ago and would not honor their warranty.
Hans was able to get it fixed for under $1000
He completed the work in one day.
They used good parts and were clean and courteous when servicing in my vehicle.
