“He's actually a good guy, but for simple service, maintenance but full out repair on a start or engine issue might be out of his league. Great guy, decent demeanor but questionable true tech savvy. Towed car there, starter electrical issue, dropped off for diagnostic and he just read the scan tool and got confused. Was gonna pay the 150 for diagnostic, but he couldn't figure it out. I told him what was needed, but u dont have a lift. It wasn't worth it for him. But I had to have it towed there and out. All I wanted was a diagnostic that he said he could do and didnt. Which was a waste of our time, but basic service issues. Hes worth the simple New car maintenance stuff. He turned down my voltage ground issue. Doesn't deserve to get 3 stars, and not worth 5. 4 is more than fair for my situation. He doesnt have a battery charger, so what does that say?”
“These guys are fantastic. I found a car I liked at Cars Hut right next door. I told the owners I couldn't buy a car that didnt have a mechanic look it over. Fortunately these guys have late hours on a Saturday so they took me right in. They did a thorough inspection as if I were a loyal customer instead of someone who just came in off the street. They took the time to explain to me what needed fixing short term and long term, that it was all normal wear and tear and that they would feel comfortable buying this vehicle for their teenage daughter after the necessary repairs were made. Their diagnostic fee was more than reasonable for the peace of mind that provided to me and my family. I returned the car to the dealership and will be finalizing the purchase of it on Monday! Thank you both so much. You de-stressed what has been an immensely stressful situation: finding a decent used car that is safe and functional, yet sleek for a new driver”

“Vito‘s help me out real quick. I called him Monday evening and they had me in first thing on Tuesday. I had mentioned I had a check engine code and they were able to diagnose it over the phone. My last mechanic told me I needed a smoke test, but Vito’s told me they’ll check out one part before even running that saving me money. The problem part was easy to get to and they had the part to replace it with within 30 minutes, I was in and out in one hour quick service and honest thank you again.”

“The old Gulf with auto body shop was torn down and the gas station was renovated. It looks really nice; clean bathroom. We have been going to the Gulf station for years (started with the old one). I would give this five stars but the store hasn’t open yet. Would like to see it open soon for road snacks. Sometimes, I want a snack and go to another place. They said it will open soon.”

They did a great job of removing my golden retrievers stubborn shedding hair. My autistic son who gets stimulated a lot said the car felt very nice, fresh and comfortable. Owner works hard and so do employees. Prices are reasonable than where I come from. It is a nice luxury I treat myself to every few weeks ?”
“I had a flat tire which I inflated with a compressor in order to get my husband to a doctor’s appointment. I had only 1.5 hours until I had to pick up my husband. Turns out I needed 2 front tires. Service completed and I was on time picking up my husband. Would definitely come back again!”
