“This is the best VFW in the state if you’re looking for a space to rent !! Had my wedding reception here and from step 1 Jesse was nothing but helpful and excited as if I were his own daughter. He made sure the space was able to transform into my dream venue and gave us free rein over what we wanted the place to look like. The building is all freshly renovated and is honestly one of the prettiest VFWs I’ve ever seen. When the day of the wedding came everything went wrong on my end and the day was chaotic. I called to let Jesse know and he immediately had the Worlds best bartender Mike call me and assure that the night would run smoothly. Once we got there the party was on, Mike went above & beyond and my family was raving about him afterwords. VFW Lodi made my wedding day one of the best days of my life. I would recommend them 1000 times over!!!”

Well let’s start with the most amazing human being Garry he was the most kindest and energetic person from the moment we walked through the door and than to the big day he made us feel like family and made feel at home. Cheers to you Garry, you and your amazing staff as well was the most supportive and attentive ever. They made sure that our bridal party, parents, grandparents, and of course us had anything and everything we needed. We couldn’t be any more happy that we got share such spectacular day. “I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at the Women’s Club of Glen Ridge, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The venue is beautiful and created the perfect atmosphere for such a special day.

Elizabeth was extremely helpful during the planning process—from helping with floorplans and securing event licenses to coordinating with vendors. Her attention to detail made everything seamless and stress-free.

Luis was also fantastic on the weekend of the event—professional, attentive, and supportive throughout. Thanks to their team, the event was a great success. I highly recommend the Women’s Club of Glen Ridge for any special occasion!”

“Our first time at Five Iron Golf and I can say we will be back again. Our attendant Derrick was absolutely awesome. He was diligent in explaining the different simulations and recommended the perfect game for my family and I as first timers. We had an awesome time.

“I had my wedding at the Rockleigh on October 12th and all I can say is that my husband and I made the right choice. The venue is breathtaking, the food superb and the staff outstanding! My day was perfect! Zara our event coordinator was there for us every step of the way. She made everything easy for us from the start, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Stephanie, was so patient with my technical challenges and last minute changes. Jamie my bridal attendant was with me from 7am to 7pm and ensured that I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and was like a 2nd mother and personal bodyguard through out the day making sure I was fed and hydrated and my husband and I had everything we needed. Anthony our maitre de just outstanding. He made sure not only we had everything we needed and were having a great time, he took extra special care of all our guests. The service was phenomenal, the guests are still raving about the food. We went all out for our special day from early morning opening to get ready in their luxury salon with breakfast and lunch for all our people and added all the extras at cocktail, seafood stations, tomahawk steak etc, Viennese as well as the after hours package and it was totally worth the money! For those planning your wedding and considering The Rockleigh, save yourselves the time and effort and just book.”

“Yesterday I used the Workville Space for a team meeting with 10 people. It is a fantastic office space! The customer service is exceptional! Booking via email was super easy with a live person able to answer all questions. Once we arrived the reception administrator was super helpful and helped me set up my equipment. He was available throughout my meeting to help with any needs or questions. The space was clean, bright, professional and perfect for our needs. I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend Workville!”

“I attended JFRE event last month or another name is Japanese Food & Restaurant Expo. It was super nice to see tons of vender and restaurant owner. It is a good opportunity to get contract and explore more high quality or get a good deal for your business if you are in this industry. The convention has separate section between food, drink and equipment. It was less people in the morning but super packed in the afternoon.”

Firstly, I found the rates to be somewhat on the pricey side compared to other similar options in the area. Additionally, I noticed a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom that was quite unpleasant. The sofa bed in my room was another downside; it was uncomfortable and inconvenient, making my nights less restful than I had hoped.

Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience at Hotel Le Soleil NYC was positive, and I would still encourage anyone to consider it for their stay in the city, particularly for its exceptional service and ideal location.

Walkability: It's located in Bryant Park, very close to subway stations and the main attractions around NYC.

Food and drinks: I would not spend money on breakfast here; instead, walk five minutes and you will find many local coffee shops.”

Vikki was outstanding, from showing us the venue to overseeing every detail on the night of the wedding. We were able to email and call and receive quick feedback throughout the planning process. As the wedding approached, we met with Vikki to confirm final details, and she provided excellent recommendations and guidelines. “Visited in last day and last moment before the museum getting closed after 20 years. Unique closing party with performance from traditional culture born from Himalaya. A lot of spectacular sculpture in this museum from 16-17th century when people spent decades to craft a master piece instead of leveraging 3D printer. Hopefully the exhibition will be available somewhere else in the world.”

“Visited Gotham hall for a family party earlier this month. This place is located right on Broadway. This is a nice location for events. The staff helping was courteous, helpful and professional. The only thing this place didn’t had was a dedicated nursing station for a new mother and a baby. One of our family member had to do that in the restroom. But I truly thank that staff member who placed some chairs in the restroom to help that mother. He did go above and beyond and we are very grateful for that.”
