Worse Ace store I've been too. Took forever to get two gallons of paint mixed. Instead of finishing the paint guy kept walking by around with other people. Also, apparently if you want to create a charge account the guy only shows up on Thursdays, that not how to run a business and the Assistant manager or supervisor woman or whoever she was that hid her name Tag answered questions with additude and sass. Very unprofessional. Maybe that's why Ace stores are dying out.

We went to Ace this evening for some paint samples for an interior project we are working on. We arrived thirty minutes before the store closed. I was worried we would be greeted with an eye roll at the request for five different samples. We experienced quite the opposite. Matt who was available to answer questions at the front of the store and Art (the manager who was helping us with paints) were lovely and very helpful. While we don’t live super close to this store, I plan to use it for this project and others. This is a reminder that the smaller stores really do offer a different kind of customer service and knowledge than what you sometimes get at big box stores and it’s a good thing to support these smaller establishments! Their prices were competitive as was their stock of items. Thank you both for the terrific service. Check out this location for all of your paint and home improvement needs!

Great experience at Ace Hardware buying an outdoor grill. Our sales associate, Larry Goldberg, took the time to thoroughly explain the options and helped us make a decision that best matched our needs. The price was competitive and the service exceeded that of other vendors we had shopped.

We purchased an assembled lawn mower, and there was a mix-up with the assembly. The girl who called us told us it was already assembled and ready for pick up when it was not, but it did not matter because the kind guy there assembled it while we waited. He placed it in our car and would not accept a tip. He was AWESOME. He provided great customer service.

We visited Sip’s ACE store and associate Fred was excellent and helped us decide on what mower and equipment we will be purchasing . Fred was knowledgeable and very patient and personal. He is a definite asset to ACE……Valerie also was very friendly and greeted us with a warm smile and was very helpful with getting us set up as ACE members. Store was clean and very organized …excited about ordering our new EGO equipment . Thank you Fred!!
