“This bank is terrible they took my mother's saftey deposit box contents worth more than 100k and they will not answer the phone for me or even give me receipts since they auctioned my mother's jewlery off jewelery that was in my family for 4 generations. They kept giving me the run around and making up more and more lies trying to do everything possible to cover up the fact they stole everything that was in the saftey deposit box. Every respons I got was another lie I went to corporate but all they do is try to cover the fraud and theft they have done. I wouldn't recommend this bank especially this bank branch unless you want your money stolen and have do deal with dishonest people who work to protect your money as they also get away with stealing what they can. Chase bank hasn't even answered or provided me with receipts and or punish the people involved. I wouldn't trust them to watch my dogs ashes let alone my money my mother put all of it away so I had something since I lost my whole family within y months at 18yrs old only for the bank to turn around and sell all the belongings and lie about everything and have no answers instead they stopped answering mu calls and decided to try and cover it all up iv now had to make a report with the fbi to now do a formal investigation into this whole situation. Ridiculous it came to this.”

“I went to Citizens Bank on the corner of Liberty and Broadway in Long Branch and had a chat with a Mr. James Stewart about moving my account from PNC BANK to Citizens Bank reason being it is walking distance from where I reside. He was incredibly helpful, patient and gave me the most honest and sound advice that a banker care to give. I say above and beyond the call of duty. I was highly impressed with him and mentioned that he should be a trainer for the rest of the representatives in the system. I hope that he remains there as he is a great asset to that branch. Or any other branch for that matter.”
