“I have always received friendly and accurate service from the bank managers here. The bank is located exactly where I need it, the ATM always works, I’ve done international wire transfers both ways, we have a good rate for our savings account, and the app is easy to navigate. And when my card was hacked I called, confirmed the fraud, and quickly got a new card.”
“If I could rate 10 stars I would. I don’t go to any other M&T branch besides this one really. I probably could but why when every time I step into this branch I get a hey Gino how are you? From John or a how you feeling from your recent surgery? From Jamie… either way this branch is all about the clients and putting your concerns and worries to ease. Branch manager, universal bankers, tellers are all above the game and some of the best you can come across. I love this bank with all I got and wouldn’t go no where else… shout out to the above management and owners for putting the right people in place.”
