“Today was my daughter's last day of school and in a ditch effort to purchase a gift for my her teacher i found myself unable to complete an important purchase because of an issues with ATM card. After several failed attempts to resolve the issues on my own I franticly called the Scotch Plains Location and had the pleasant experience of speaking with the Branch Manager Karina who took her time and a worked diligently with me to resolve the issues. The staff were very professional and took the time Even after banking hour to help me resolve my issues. both Haydee and Avelina were patient and made sure the everything was working. correctly before i left. Having a bank manager Karina tell me that the bank was closed now but advised me to still come in because she would wait for me was something I will never forget. I have been going through some really tough times in my life, and in a world where it feels like people working in customer service kind of just want to rush you out the door, or benefit themselves in some way, Roberta is the polar opposite of the norm because she is patient, kind, helpful, soulful and supportive. She acted as a friend to me who had my best interest at heart and helped me get out of an extremely sticky situation. She is so sweet and knows what “getting more bees with honey” means, she lives it, she is just phenomenal at her job and a light to the world! “We call it the "Lollipop Bank', having done our banking at this friendly local banking for almost 40 years. We had a safe deposit box for many years and they notarize the few items we need motorized.Parking is always available and the ATM convenient. We have used the online app for years too.”

“This was the branch that I opened my first account with Valley and people like Adrain is why I have stayed for so long. I have move and not gone to that branch for a few years now, but that doesn't stop Adrain from giving exemplary costumer service. He call me just the other day to inform me that there was a problem with my account that he noticed. Not only was I surprised to about the problem, I was equally surprised to hear from Adrain. Within minutes the problem was fixed and my mortgage was paid on time. I cant tell you how grateful I am for his competency and attention to detail. I have not experienced his equal in any other branch. thx Adrain.”

“I have found Millington to be a great bank. Everyone is extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. I have banked with them since 1997 and even after moving we still bank with them. When changing jobs my former company Direct-deposited my salary plus unused vacation pay, then withdrew it two days later. I had paid 10 bills on line against that money. MB gave me 48 hours to get the money back or I would have faced $1,000 in bounced checks. This is a great bank.”
