They made me feel so welcomed and explained everyone so thoroughly, I left with more knowledge than I came in with. “This was the branch that I opened my first account with Valley and people like Adrain is why I have stayed for so long. I have move and not gone to that branch for a few years now, but that doesn't stop Adrain from giving exemplary costumer service. He call me just the other day to inform me that there was a problem with my account that he noticed. Not only was I surprised to about the problem, I was equally surprised to hear from Adrain. Within minutes the problem was fixed and my mortgage was paid on time. I cant tell you how grateful I am for his competency and attention to detail. “Cindy and Ramy are the greatest example of customer service, even though I know I don’t have to go to a bank anymore I actually take the time and stop by when I can and say hello, If there was a bank that I was completely 100% sure I would not have an account with, it was Unity Bank (generally) been to 6-8 different branches and always had and issue, cashing my payroll check, never failed to make it complicated time consuming and irritating, Then I walked in this branch and they felt my displeasure. Their patience and attitude was the best I ve experienced in a while, I’m in Nightlife management. Takes a lot to win me, they did.

“I've been going to this bank for almost a year now, the staff are the best. Especially Karin and Mike. But their "manager" Nancy seems to be useless. She is either sitting in her office or she'll come out when there is a line, but don't be deceived.. it's not to help with the line it's to question why people aren't there helping customers, only to then receed back into her office. I've literally never seen her help a customer, let alone regard her staff in a kind manner, and I've been in there probably over 30 times. She's one of those "management people" who don't seem to contribute and just cause stress for the staff. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because the staff are otherwise stellar in all aspects. Nancy is just awful.”
