“I had gone there the other day to switch over from a bank i’ve been using for 5-7 years to this one. i’ve heard great reviews about oceanfirst. i called and one of the tellers was able to assist me in just the general basics of what i needed to do/what to bring to make this a smooth transition. quick conversation but still very kind and professional. i got there later on in the day & everyone was super friendly. the teller i worked with for the hour was Joseph and he was great. he answered all my questions and was extremely patient. i felt that i was bothering him with all my questions but he was able to help me clearly understand that transitioning process from moving accounts to even different features the bank had to offer. he listened to my concerns and what i wanted from this bank & how i wanted to proceed. i genuinely had a great experience and everyone was personable. i appreciate the great customer service from this bank in addition to the fact that i was able to confidently walk out of that bank knowing that everything was in good hands. hands down, i would recommend anyone going to this bank!!”

“Good location. We ordered online and just picked up so we didn't interact with the staff. Place looked clean. Order didn't take long to be prepared and we got two sandwiches and two medium coffees and hash browns. I made an alteration to a sandwich and they did it which sometimes doesn't happen because they don't have it or something but then they don't tell you. I accidentally messed up my usual coffee order so I can't fairly compare it to the way I like it but it tasted good regardless. Would come again.”

They have truly personalized services, & go far out of there way to keep there customers comming back. “Today was my daughter's last day of school and in a ditch effort to purchase a gift for my her teacher i found myself unable to complete an important purchase because of an issues with ATM card. “I've been going to this bank for almost a year now, the staff are the best. Especially Karin and Mike. But their "manager" Nancy seems to be useless. She is either sitting in her office or she'll come out when there is a line, but don't be deceived.. it's not to help with the line it's to question why people aren't there helping customers, only to then receed back into her office. I've literally never seen her help a customer, let alone regard her staff in a kind manner, and I've been in there probably over 30 times. She's one of those "management people" who don't seem to contribute and just cause stress for the staff. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because the staff are otherwise stellar in all aspects. Nancy is just awful.”
