“Luigi is an amicable, hardworking, and honest man. I broke down in NJ on a road trip (not from there) and as it was a Sunday night I had to find a hotel, and have my car towed first thing Monday morning. Luigi was able to diagnose and fix the issue on Monday, and he kept me in the loop with what the problem was, as well as educated me on the issue by sending me pictures of the engine and explaining what was wrong. Overall, I feel incredibly lucky to have found B and T Tire and Auto. I was able to make it home safely Monday night.”

“American Tire in Green Brook is the best auto repair shop around here hands down. And they have been like this consistently for years. Bob and Tommy at the service desk are both very personable and patient. I have observed this many times whenever I’m there, not only with me but with all the other customers around, be it on the phone or at the desk. AND being like this in the heat of being crazy busy…they maintain their friendliness and professionalism at all times.Tyler, the mechanic who worked on my car is real good and knows his stuff and he’ll even talk to you about what he did. I called for service and they came and fixed a tire on a skid steer that I rented within an hour of calling and took payment over the phone because I was at work and couldn’t pay in person. “Had a tire problem that triggered 'low pressure' sensor on dash and required re-filling by air pump. Talked to manager Evan and he identified the tire problem right away. It turns out there wasn't a nail or slow leak in the tire. Evan was very honest and showed me that tire problem was caused by very low temperatures. It didn't cost me anything.”

“In short, Long Hill Auto in Millington is the tops! Due to some forgetfulness about bringing an electric car adapter, Long Hill readily agreed to allow several hours of charging at their facility. Moreover, while dropping off the electric car, a gas version had tires severely low on air. Despite their full work load for the day, they took the time to check the car’s computer generated TPMS and reset the “low pressure” code. The final piece de resistance was the addition of a small but useful bottle opener on the key chain with their name and phone number. And everyone could not have been more helpful or pleasant!!
