Like most- life is loaded with unending increase in professional and personal demands, so it speaks volumes that I am a loyal costumer to Miller Ford in Lumberton for over 3 years, though living in Pennington, NJ. This is a 200% direct result of their Service team. They are fair, reliable, and go above and beyond!! From oil changes to more time sensitive issues like my 2020 Ford window too “smart” for the workaround of manually closing (and no garage!) and most recently, the entire control arm of my front right tire detached!
Matt Lobey, Bill and the service team have always come thru to remediate all issues and without reservation, I will say that they have always exceeded my expectation (e.g. delivering a loaner vehicle to my residence, in exchange for my truck for servicing. OR. coming and picking up my vehicle, servicing, and return OR offering on site servicing at my residence for certain needs)! Hands down, I have never experienced Servicers more competent, trusting, and accommodating. BIG Thanks to Matt lobey and team! I will not have my vehicle serviced anywhere else and when purchasing a new one at some point in the future – Miller ford will always be my first stop because of their service!”

“I'm back into an American SUV! 2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend. The salesperson, Keith, made the purchase a good experience. Miller paid off my trade in less than a week. The Ford Bronco Big Bend gives me more room and overall protection compared to the asian compact car I was driving. I've owned 2 jeep wranglers and this Ford Bronco beats them in comfort, style, and looks. I'm hoping the AWD in snow and on ice will be enough to get me through a snowy winter. We will see, no hurry!For service, I'll go with Miller over Chapman and drive the extra 50 minutes.”

“Nice people. Good prices. Will give 5 stars once the issue with a used Nissan Frontier Truck is solved which broke down soon after. Not their fault. It seems that there was a pre-existing condition which surfaced after we drove off their lot as probably prior owner didn't maintain the cooling system properly. We're ending up having to get a new radiator.”
