Today I had to wait for service to be completed with my 2 year old and was pleasantly surprised when they had a small playroom in the waiting area! “I swear my car has a personal vendetta against wildlife.
The other night, I’m driving home, minding my business, when what I can only describe as a “turbo-charged woodland creature” (still not convinced it wasn’t part deer, part kangaroo) launches itself across the road like it’s auditioning for the Olympics. I hit the brakes, it hits the gas… and unfortunately, my front bumper loses that battle.
Cue me staring at my car thinking, “Well… that’s not supposed to look like that.”
Enter Caliber Collision.
From the second I walked in, they treated me like I wasn’t the guy who just got outsmarted by a mystery animal. The team was friendly, quick, and didn’t make me feel like I needed to submit a full wildlife incident report to NASA.
They handled everything—insurance, updates, timelines—like pros. I half expected them to ask for a description of the animal for revenge purposes, but instead they just focused on making my car look brand new again.
And somehow… they did.
I’m not exaggerating when I say my car came back looking better than before the “Great Forest Showdown of 2026.” Paint matched perfectly, everything aligned, and no trace of my run-in with whatever that creature was.
If your car ever ends up in a similar, uh… nature-related disagreement, I’d 100% trust Caliber Collision to bring it back to life.

Like most- life is loaded with unending increase in professional and personal demands, so it speaks volumes that I am a loyal costumer to Miller Ford in Lumberton for over 3 years, though living in Pennington, NJ. This is a 200% direct result of their Service team. They are fair, reliable, and go above and beyond!! From oil changes to more time sensitive issues like my 2020 Ford window too “smart” for the workaround of manually closing (and no garage!) and most recently, the entire control arm of my front right tire detached!
Matt Lobey, Bill and the service team have always come thru to remediate all issues and without reservation, I will say that they have always exceeded my expectation (e.g. delivering a loaner vehicle to my residence, in exchange for my truck for servicing. OR. coming and picking up my vehicle, servicing, and return OR offering on site servicing at my residence for certain needs)! Hands down, I have never experienced Servicers more competent, trusting, and accommodating. BIG Thanks to Matt lobey and team! I will not have my vehicle serviced anywhere else and when purchasing a new one at some point in the future – Miller ford will always be my first stop because of their service!”

“I'm back into an American SUV! 2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend. The salesperson, Keith, made the purchase a good experience. Miller paid off my trade in less than a week. The Ford Bronco Big Bend gives me more room and overall protection compared to the asian compact car I was driving. I've owned 2 jeep wranglers and this Ford Bronco beats them in comfort, style, and looks. I'm hoping the AWD in snow and on ice will be enough to get me through a snowy winter. “Had a buddy install the catilic converter to my Lexus. Afterwards, my car sound like it had a hole in the muffler. I took to Joe at the Meineke on Rt 38 in Lumberton. He had my car done in under an hour. My car was back to sounding normal. I paid only $117.00 including part. It's hard to find honest mechanics these days. Well, I found my new mechanic.
