“Thanks for a great stay. I was a near 1am arrival, I messaged the hotel ahead of time to ask if they’d turn my air to the lowest setting (I like to sleep in a very cold room). This was accommodated without hesitation, which is why I’m a Hilton loyalist. The room was also very spacious for a Hampton Inn, clean, and quiet despite being fully sold out. 10/10, would stay here again if in the area.”
“I found bed bugs on the bed thank God I'm a housekeeper I knew wat to do the locks for the doors needs to be better everything needs to be updated as we speak I wanna be respected as a customer I would like the air conditioner to be checked there needs to be better security they need more working outlets the bathroom needs remodeling”
“We are having a great experience at Baymont by Wyndham. This location is EXTREMELY clean, they have a nice complimentary breakfast and the hallways smell great with air freshener. Miss Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She is constantly working hard and helping out wherever she is needed and is still so nice and sweet all the time and always has a smile on her face. She is one of those very rare humans who is a genuinely phenomenal person and equally phenomenal worker. You can't not have a smile on your face while interacting with her. Seriously. Baymont is lucky to have her as an employee cause she is constantly working hard and every guest loves her.”
“I went to event where I was used near a hole downstairs. It was spacious and clean. We had a DJ and lots of food. Very enjoyable. Did I use the rooms or service so I don't know what the quality of the service from the workers ”
“I recommend. Very quiet and clean. No issues whatsoever. Stayed here a couple dates winter time heater works hot water works tv works mini fridge works, although you need to plug microwave in another outlet in room. I needed an extra key owner was generous. No issues I recommended that’s from me coming all the way from Texas. No roaches no outside noise for the most part.”
“I had an emergency with my property and needed to spend a night away from my home. I chose Comfort Inn Westhampton/Mount Holly because I work next door to it and it was convenient.
Comfort Inn, I found out, is much more than being in a convenient location; it is a Hotel with TOP NOTCH customer service and attention from beginning to end. I had a few special requests that I was concerned about and Dax, the General Manager, addressed my requests and exceeded my expectations.
This is the old school customer service that's becoming harder and harder to find.
