Every single employee there was friendly and professional. Perfect small talk, payed very good attention to the task I needed and they all worked together like clockwork. Outstanding! “Every time I enter the UPS store on Stokes Road in Medford, New Jersey, I’m greeted by a staff that is knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I used to own a popcorn business and they always assisted me in getting my orders out on time. During the holidays, I frequently ship fragile gifts and occasionally a special family heirloom to my family in California. Last year they packaged and sent three large boxes of Christmas dishes, all arriving in perfect condition. Today I needed to sign and email time-sensitive documents, but I do not have a fax machine. Within minutes, the UPS agent had the paperwork copied from an email on my phone and the signed contracts were sent. He even checked that I had received copies in my email for my records. I appreciate having such a professional team of employees handle all of my important shipping and mailing.”

The drivers are out there every day in all kinds of weather, making sure packages get where they need to go safely and on time. I’ve consistently seen professionalism, courtesy, and hard work from the local UPS staff. “The first couple times I visited this location in 2023-2024 were awful. The staff seemed irritable and not very pleasant. My experience was so bad, I didn't think I would go here again. Fast forward to 2025 and seems like everything changed for the better. Now the staff seems very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I don't know what changed, but keep up the great work! :)”

“This is the BEST UPS store in New Jersey. Wonderful knowledgeable sales associates so very kind and helpful. A very nice red-haired young man and a sweet dark haired young lady go out of their way to help. They were able to help me print my 2024 W2 copies to be filed with my tax return. These sales associates provide the BEST service to everyone. SUPER excellent kind and helpful. This is the BEST UPS store because of these wonderful sales associates. A++++++”
