“Every time I enter the UPS store on Stokes Road in Medford, New Jersey, I’m greeted by a staff that is knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I used to own a popcorn business and they always assisted me in getting my orders out on time. During the holidays, I frequently ship fragile gifts and occasionally a special family heirloom to my family in California. Last year they packaged and sent three large boxes of Christmas dishes, all arriving in perfect condition. Today I needed to sign and email time-sensitive documents, but I do not have a fax machine. Within minutes, the UPS agent had the paperwork copied from an email on my phone and the signed contracts were sent. He even checked that I had received copies in my email for my records. I appreciate having such a professional team of employees handle all of my important shipping and mailing.”
“Very courteous and helpful. The young lady even called the UPS driver to have him bring back my package so I could swap out the packaging. Good customer service is hard to find these days so I appreciate even more the extra service. Will be back.”

“This review is based on the wonderful experience I had at the Staples store in Marlton, NJ. I lost a piece of jewelry serval days ago and it was found in the store several days later. When I went to pick it up the staff could not have been nicer. I wanted to leave a small reward or even buy them lunch, they politely refused and said they were happy it was found and to help. This doesn't happen very often in today's world and it just goes to show there are good people all around us. Thankyou again to the Staples staff.”

The drivers are out there every day in all kinds of weather, making sure packages get where they need to go safely and on time. I’ve consistently seen professionalism, courtesy, and hard work from the local UPS staff. Whether it’s a small package or something important, they keep things moving and rarely get the credit they deserve. Thank you to the drivers, warehouse workers, and everyone behind the scenes. “Nellie the owner is always helpful and knows you when you stop on through. You can drop off your FedEx or UPS stuff or even rent a mailbox. You can even get paperwork notarized there is a fee. They offer other svcs also so stop by and check them out! Customer is always outstanding ??”
“The first couple times I visited this location in 2023-2024 were awful. The staff seemed irritable and not very pleasant. My experience was so bad, I didn't think I would go here again. Fast forward to 2025 and seems like everything changed for the better. Now the staff seems very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I don't know what changed, but keep up the great work! :)”

“Every visit that I make to the Willingboro Post Office is pleasant. I always go to the Korean gentleman & I say hello & thank you to him in Korean; he smiles when I speak his language & that Po stal Worker is always very nice to me.”
“I only needed to make a copy of paperwork but it was nice they help you there but the cops is a issue there harassment to much. Some people do handle business or makes you don't want to go to that Staples because delran doesn't get action. They harass everybody that's why that Staples don't get the business I'm surprise they still in business”
“I've done a lot of business over the years here and haven't had one bad interaction with the employees. They've always been helpful, courteous, efficient and on a number of occasions gone above n beyond in helping me navigate the Postal System. They used to sort and deliver locally, but the Postal Service moved those operations to another location. I can only hope that this Office will continue to be available in the future.”

“UPDATE: Thankfully, everything is cool now. I talked to someone at USPS who apologized profusely, and since I’ve returned to this Usps, we have been amicable. I understand how hard the job is and hope they know it’s very much appreciated! ?
I’ve shipped items here and always got an attitude. I had an issue with an order where it said the item was out for delivery before they received and scanned it. I’ve gone in twice to see if the order arrived, and then were rude. Today, they were really hostile. I tried explaining it to the employee, and he said it was deliveried. Then then he begins to tell me I dont know how mailing works and how its probably in bellmawr. When i tried to explain it to him again he interrupted and said “I’ve always had attitudes with them.” I’m partially deaf, and have some issues relating to a car accident so I’m unsure if we misunderstood one another or he thought i had sarcasm/attitude, however, the treatment was very rude. The gentleman took my phone from me and refused to give it to give back to me, “until i listened”. I didn’t and I reminded him its my property, had to say that 3 times before he gave it back and said ‘ get the hell outta my building.’ like he’s a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE stealing my phone to prove a point until I listen to them? I’ve never been treated like that, and I thought I was being nice to them over the past weeks try to have small talk. Clearly I was wrong. They must hate their job. They didn’t understand the issue on multiple occasions and when I try explaining politely by saying, “no you don’t understand,” I get interrupted and have to engage in something I didn’t want to be apart of. i get told to get the hell out. I’ll stop coming here and go to a different usps if they don’t want to help me.”
“While this location appears understaffed, the team here is effective. You might get a bit of an earful if you need extra help or make a mistake, but the bottom line is that they are helpful and get the task finished. It’s a functional, no-nonsense post office.”
“Generally, we have good experiences at most USPS offices. But there is always one office out of all that we patronize where a clerk is having a bad day. We just have to be patient and pray that their misfortune turns around.”

A very nice red-haired young man and a sweet dark haired young lady go out of their way to help. They were able to help me print my 2024 W2 copies to be filed with my tax return. These sales associates provide the BEST service to everyone. SUPER excellent kind and helpful. This is the BEST UPS store because of these wonderful sales associates. A++++++”
