They take the time to listen, go above and beyond, and make sure customers get the best service and deal. The store is a place to purchase phones, pay bills, and address issues, with associates who are attentive and provide an awesome experience. Some customers note that the store would be better if it sold SIM cards without requiring activation in the store to avoid an activation fee.
