Ashil greeted us with a warm welcome and the determination and set us up with a perfectly tailored plan that suited our needs. Ashil took more than two hours to transfer our services from ATT, find the best bundle savings plan and walked us through each price breakout and helped us get our new phones and devices over and linked. He made the process so smooth and he streamlined everything. Honest and dedicated and patient with even kids as he helped figure out my daughters needs with her iwatch. “Today July 27th 2026 went into the Victra-Verizon store at Cooper Road and Route 73 in Voorhees, NJ. I was immediately greeted professionally and politely by Omar.
I had came from another location down the highway and was rudely treated, so that's why I came to Victra. Omar was so proficient, so courteous, friendly and just made us feel very comfortable. The process was seamless and effortless. We were in and out within an hour and 15 minutes. I highly recommend if you're in the market for a new phone to check out this location. Second part is the service and I don’t mean customer service I mean customer prioritization beyond great, the absolute unit, nay the absolute paladin of a manager that one man could be is the man Gilberto aka gibby aka that guy aka honestly the most helpful and patient professional I’ve ever dealt with at a store period
If Verizon doesn’t give him like 500k for the work he does, it wouldn’t be fair, it’s not 5/5 stars. It’s 10/10 would overly recommend. And he deserves all the praise he’s getting right now and honestly even more, he handled 3 phone sales and about 7 mad customers like an absolute UNIT. If y’all need deals and real honest human interaction for your issues, I can’t recommend gibby and the 38 store any more then I have”

“I had an exceptional experience with an AT&T customer service representative, his name was Leo and he went above and beyond to help me with a transaction that I had been trying to complete for months. I had spoken with multiple representatives both over the phone and in person, and no one had been able to get it resolved.
He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and efficient. He immediately understood what needed to be done and was able to complete the transaction in a matter of minutes. After months of frustration, I was in and out with everything taken care of.
It’s rare to come across someone who is this capable and genuinely committed to helping a customer. He made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and AT&T is very fortunate to have someone like him representing the company.

I came in looking to start a new line on my old phone which was on life support 😭, broken screen, battery inflated and there was no back because of how bad it was shattered, but it worked so I was gonna deal with it because I didn't have a great budget being last minute coming in due to getting kicked off my old plan, but they worked with me and my girlfriend to figure a way to afford a new phone and get a more than reasonable price and line plan, and I'm more than happy with my new phone, not only that but they were very personable, and great to talk to through the process, and I definitely look forward to seeing them again when I come in next time!”

“The actual store was great! The parking lot was a NIGHTMARE. Normally I don't ever hold a bad parking lot against a business, but in this case, I must. It took over 5 minutes just to back out a spot. I can tell accidents must happen here every day. Super weird design, cars constantly coming in and out, and it was very small for the amount of businesses here.You'd be better off parking in the big lots parking lot and walking”
