“The actual store was great! The parking lot was a NIGHTMARE. Normally I don't ever hold a bad parking lot against a business, but in this case, I must. It took over 5 minutes just to back out a spot. I can tell accidents must happen here every day. Super weird design, cars constantly coming in and out, and it was very small for the amount of businesses here.You'd be better off parking in the big lots parking lot and walking”

“Good morning all! I have to share my thoughts this morning on my experience on Monday evening visiting Metro by T-Mobile at 4324 Route 130, Willingboro, New Jersey 08046. I have had many occasions to visit Metro by T-Mobile Stores in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Lithonia, Georgia and now my most awesome experience in dealing with this Store in Willingboro, NJ. I went into the Store so frustrated and ready to change my Phone Dealer. I was having numerous problems with my phone and was going from Store to Store in NJ where I was told I had to buy a new phone, which I couldn't afford. I walked into this Store, handed my phone to the Agent, sat down (very clean & colorful place). After waiting a few minutes, I walked out a very, very happy woman. All my phone problems were solved. I could not believe it!! On my way out the Store, the words I used to describe my experience and the Agent were "Awesome" "Love". I plan to recommend my friends and family to this Willingboro Metro by T-Mobile for their honesty, professionalism, and 'awesomeness'. I recommend them highly as a "10" on a scale of 1 to 10.”

A big shout out to Christian who helped us out. He was patient enough to explain every single detail for us and helped us through the entire process without any frustration. We had a strange situation while porting that even people at the store were surprised, but these folks helped us through. The manager Kenny and one more expert Nicole pitched in to help us resolve this issue. Friendly and considerate people at this store folks! Definitely go to this store if you need a peaceful experience. If you live a little farther and couldn’t find a store that’s helpful, please go here and these folks will help you out.”
