The lady over the counter who took keys for my drop off charged me extra day even when I dropped off my car by time as per agreement. I even requested if she can acknowledge my exact time drop off , but she told I’m good because I dropped off keys by the time and still did additional charges . Avoid drop offs at this...

Jesus christ how are these people in business? the lady at the front desk is rude as hell.. Ok i get it you don’t enjoy life and i’m sorry this is where you are at at this point in your life but you don’t gotta be rude to everyone that walks through that door.. How are they still in business? Go somewhere else.

Excellent, helpful staff. Many cars available - good cars with Car Play which is helpful.
