Upon walking in, I was impressed by the number of mattress models; I feel like all retailer stores have the bare minimum regarding selection nowadays. We were greeted and Felix was able to assist me in my search. Knowledgeable is an understatement. He didn't rush me, I tested out many mattresses and decided to leave the store with purchasing one. From the time he met us to the time I left, I felt like we were handled with stellar, professional customer service (dying trait nowadays). Some have bought boots from Ski Barn and others have brought in their own boots for help with fitting issues.
