“INKMASTER REVIEWS™: i'm giving this TJ Maxx a W, not because the store or website is great or anything~ but because of service! Our checkout cashier, Valentina was so nice, she was singing nicely the whole time, and also, commented on the gift I was getting my grandmother and said it was 'cute' and that shed seen it before! Offered to wrap up my mug, since it could break, and also the candle. She was smiling the whole time, and when we told her about the website, where it said they were open to 11, (when it's actually 930) she immediately told the manager, and she was also very kind and interacted with us, saying that they were sorry , and 'we could shop more if we wanted to!' Incredibly good service, never get rid of these employees!”

He walked out of there super happy. Times like these we need a little kindness. What may seem small to others can be really big to someone else. “I had purchased a pair of dress shoes for my son at the Kohls store in Paramus, where I usually shop, but they didn't fit him and that store didn't have the correct size. I decided to call a few other Kohls stores to find out if they had the shoes in the size my son needed, and the one in West Paterson was able to help me. I went there the next day and made the exchange without any problems.”

“Our little Marshalls here in Newton had an extraordinary selection of furniture, cookware, bathroom and kitchen accoutrements, including some very high quality bedding, bath towels and great customer service.
I've yet to meet a rude customer advocate in this shop. They have all been helpful, they don't try and sell you anything you don't need or want, and their products are very high quality for their low prices.
If I had any feedback for consumers, there is a LOT to look at and as a result you'll have a good time shopping if you like shopping in real life.
It's almost a physical product overload. If you remember a shop called "The Bombay Company" this place is very similar, however the theme is different. More modern than an antique replica vibe.
I like shopping so, for me, I could spend hours in this store.”
“Angel at the Sephora was such a delight, she shade matched me PERFECTLY (I’m always in between shades) but she got it immediately! And she was extremely sweet. Will definitely be going back to shop when she’s there. Makeup shopping can be scary but she made me feel extremely comfortable!”

“I went to this location to get pots and other kitchen items. Russell, the associate in the kitchen department was super helpful and friendly. The pot set was heavy and he helped us to bring the items on a cart to our car and even helped us to place it inside the car.

“Swung in thinking it will be a quick stop. Nope! There is so much to look through, every nook and cranny, and all was perfectly dispalyed. I thought for sure our kids with their curious little hands will surely knock something over but to our surprise, nothing was, and so they were rewarded with a few trinkets. Win win, everyone is happy.We love this store with the housewares and apparel. The bonus is it is not in the heart of Chinatown and the merchandise was not random and not jam packed floor to ceiling they were superbly curated. It left an indelible mark on all of us and we cannot wait for the revisit ??”

“It’s a vast store with vast offerings with good buys but you have to dig and compare with TJ Maxx. It’s tough finding things but if you track down a worker they usually are quite helpful.”

“This location was a pleasant surprise! The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection. It did feel a little warm inside, but that’s probably because it’s located in the basement level.
Overall, it was a great shopping experience — I found some really good gems here that you don’t usually come across in other Marshalls or TJ Maxx stores outside the city. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.”
“Bought a khaki trouser from sale by 4.99 dollars , trust me the same once are 20-25 dollars in regular market. I love this store. I live in Queens however whenever i go to city I do shopping from there. If i dont have anything to buy still go there to check if anything nice with reasonable price.
Some spenish employees they do not understand English and cant help properly.”

“Had lots of varieties of things, despite the store being small. I found everything i needed. Homegoods is my second home. This one is pretty neat!! Don't come here if you dont want to spend money because the have some sort of aroma that makes you want to buy everything in the store.”
