“I recently celebrated my birthday in American Girl NYC. I'm a young adult doll collector from Europe and I'd been dreaming of getting the full AG experience since I was 8 years old. It was all I had hoped for!!I went with my best friend and the service at the New York Cafe was brilliant— our server, Christian, was incredibly nice and fun, and made our inner child feel positively spoiled. A true professional! Special thank you to him and Keyshawn for singing happy birthday and making our experience so much better. I had an amazing time and made some lovely memories. “This store may not have the largest footprint, but they make excellent use of the space they have. The walls are filled with well-organized displays and eye-catching box sets, and a few larger LEGO builds are showcased throughout the shop. Overall, it’s a fun and worthwhile stop for both locals and visitors.”

“Love to go there - amazing selection - but you have to understand the experience. It contains a HUGE selection of games, and RPG books. Might be the most in NY State outside of the huge Millennium games up in Rochester. I've found items that have been out of print for years, or had small production runs.
BUT...
Stacked in huge shelves that stretch from floor to ceiling. It takes a while to read through everything! With tiny aisles that barely have room for one person to walk down. If you're claustrophobic, be warned!
It's almost all at MSRP. Not a place to get a bargain or a deal, generally (that said, they do have a bargain shelf at the back of the store. Right hand aisle, left side all the way back).”

“Was in the store this past Saturday. There was a kid who was a little short on his purchase. The cashier came over and put up the money he needed to be able to purchase a football. He walked out of there super happy. Times like these we need a little kindness. What may seem small to others can be really big to someone else. “Took my son here for the first time, he has been asking me since he saw their table at NA day event. He’s very into Pokémon cards right now. As we were browsing one of the gentlemen gave him a Halloween pack right away. We bought 3 packs and had a good conversation. As we were about to leave the 2 guys gave my son a whole stack of holographic cards for free. There ended up being a holographic gyrados in that stack of cards and my son has been hoping for that card in every pack he opens, it made his day. Great customer service and highly recommend. “Biggie's is great! The owners are super lovely and run it themselves. Their dog, Biggie, is super cute. Often there's people playing chess outside- it's pretty rad.
Inside is a vintage lovers paradise, or more specifically, a vintage smokers dream. They specialize in refurbishing old lighters, ash trays, and smoking sets. Trust me, they're awesome. If you're not a smoker, they have old magazines, game sets, and old-style soda. If you'd like to become a smoker but are scared, they have candy cigarettes. Sick!
Anyway, I like to pop by whenever I'm in the neighborhood. You should pop in, too.”

“I think this is my third time going to this Build a Bear. I loved it. We arrived a bit too early, so we only waited like 5 minutes outside. The staff was wonderful. The store was clean, and I felt like a child all over again. It wasn't crowded and the cashier was more than patient with me when we arrived at the front to pay. The only reason I removed a star is because the associate told me that they changed the way the certificates are created now. Apparently, we can't add the names anymore. You have to actually write it down afterwards which I didn't like because everything else is written on the birth certificate. So, that was a bummer. But other than that, I loved the experience and I had fun.”

“We Enjoy coming to this location of Lego store. They have so many different items displayed to see what they look like once they put together. “I have been to over 5 different GameStop locations, and this location is by far the best I have been to thus far. I just began collecting football cards again, and I like that this location has a decent inventory in stock with a variety of products. The young lady that works at this location did an excellent job of explaining in detail the benefits I would receive for being GameStop Pro member, and how it supports my hobby and saves me money on every purchase, and provides additional discounts that I earn through my purchases. On one of my visits, the manager helped answer some of the questions I had in regards to submitting my cards in for grading via GameStop's partnership with PSA. The entire staff is always friendly, and engaging throughout my purchase process. Thank you once again to the Lyndhurst GameStop associates for always providing an enjoyable buying experience!”
