We moved in 2 weeks ago and so far it’s been perfect. Any maintenance requests have been dealt with very quickly. Ashley in the lease office has been awesome both before and after we signed the lease. Ave are lucky to have her.

AVE Florham Park is a truly special place to live. Each and every staff member is amazing...so helpful and kind. We came from a large 5-bedroom home on over 10 acres with a large dog and thought apartment living would be a nightmare. We're thoroughly enjoying it and feel so blessed to have found the AVE.
