“Can't say enough good things about Mr. Auto Glass in Dover. I was the unfortunate recipient of a rock to the windshield thanks to a semi. I initially reached out to safelite who quoted me a reasonable rate for both repair and replacement options. Then I started to research Safelite in the area and came to find that their service is inconsistent (depends on who the technician is). After further research and asking around, I decided to call Mr. Auto Glass. I called them after they were closed on a Saturday and chose not to leave a message. To my surprise, Monday morning I received a call from them proactively. Brought my car in on Tuesday and Leo quickly determined the windshield could be repaired vs. replaced. Honestly, he could have told me it needed to be replaced, and I wouldn't have known the difference. Leo did an amazing job on the crack (actually 2 cracks) and I can barely tell it is there. The icing on the cake = it was $100 less than Safelite quoted me for the repair! Highly recommended. Happy I found my go-to auto glass place. PS - While I waited Mark (owner) and I chatted and I learned more than I ever wanted to know about auto glass :-). Overall, great guys, great service and great pricing.”

“I had a rather large crack going across and vertically on my older sprinter van. I called Frank, and he was very courteous and professional in regards to what I needed, as well as suggestions for making the replacement last. Made the appointment, he came by the next week and did the replacement with the van in the driveway. Cleaned up everything, and all looks like it was just installed at the factory. Reasonable pricing and phenomenal service.. what more can you ask for?”

“My vehicle was towed here after a low speed collision by choice of my insurance company. C&L answered all of my questions, even questions they could’ve pointed me towards my insurance provider for, they were happy to answer (which saved me a lot of time I would’ve had to spend dealing with insurance). The work was done very quickly and at an amazing rate. I have lived all over the east coast, from Florida to Maine, and I have never seen a lower and fairer hourly rate. The repair was a bumper replacement, a repair I’d had done literally 2 months earlier at a different shop when my neighbor backed into my vehicle. That repair cost 2.5k, this repair cost 1.5k and it looks just as good, if not better. What else is there to say? Amazing work. Plus they completed the job 2 days ahead of schedule, over a holiday weekend. I will be coming to C&L for all my body work in the future.”
“Freak one car accident resulted in front end of very low mileage 2013 CAMRY XLE to be 95% separated from body without apparent mechanical damage. Some obvious damaged or broken grille, lights, hardware.I have no fair way to compare Premier Collision to any other shop except my insurance company requires a specific appraiser to review and approve claim. Using another shop would require a “Field Appraisal” or a couple of days delay. I opted to use the recommend vendor, Premier.I hoped for very fast repair but expected the usual delays. Assess damage, prepare estimates, await approvals, order parts, receive parts, schedule staff assignments, complete repairs. Add in the pre and post Christmas season, and I was able to accept 24 days from the day, 12/9, that the car was towed to Premier and 1/2/24, the day Kayla from Premier called to tell me the car was ready and picked me up at home because of family emergency.Kayla and Operations manager, Willie, were responsive to my inquires and very understanding of my concerns. I recognize the difficulty in providing status reports when there is reliance on numerous outside partners, especially during the “holiday” season.I would definitely recommend Premier to a friend for consideration.”
