“After a little fender bender accident in my Volkswagen, I found Madison Auto Body Shop through a family friend. I called to set up the appointment and JP was super friendly and accommodating right off the bat. I had been so stressed dealing with insurance and all that, but JP made the entire process so easy and seamless and did everything for me (besides submit the claim). He not only gave me the estimate, he also took pictures of the damage and worked directly with insurance on coverage. The quote he provided was also much lower than a few other auto body shops I had gone to. Car was finished in just a few days and it looked as good as new and they even cleaned it for me!! Highly recommend them as a reliable, trustworthy, and efficient shop for any body shop needs. Would definitely go back if I ever have another issue with a vehicle.”

“I had a great experience with Benner’s Auto Body from the very beginning.
When I first called to inquire about the repair, Alda was extremely nice, patient, and professional. She took her time answering 1000 questions from me and never once made me feel rushed lol. That really stood out, especially compared with some other body shops I called where I felt like they were rushing to get me off the phone.
When I went to this shop Alda, and Vinny were both very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process.
Another big plus is that they are a GEICO certified repair facility. I didn’t have to deal with any headaches going back and forth with the insurance company. They handled the insurance side directly, which made the entire process much easier and less stressful.
Overall, I was satisfied beyond my expectations with both the customer service and the repair experience. I would definitely recommend Benner’s Auto Body to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and trustworthy body shop. They kept telling me, “If you experience any issues related to the repair, just come back But after the experience I had with them, I feel like I might stop by to just to say hello whenever I’m in the area. Keep up the good work !!!!”
“I had Adam as a salesperson. I can’t say enough good things about him. Not only was the deal straightforward and reasonable, he has gone above and beyond AFTER the sale. He made sure the car was set up properly for my profile and digital key settings, and then told me to bring in my wife’s x7 so he can properly set those up (they never worked until Adam fixed them).
Bmw of Morristown is fine, but Adam is great.”
