“I honestly don't know where to begin! So I will start from the beginning! I was in a position where I had no other choice but to rent vehicles for an extended time period. I rented through other major car rental companies and my experience was fine, however, I was referred to Value Auto Rental by a trusted family member who has been renting from this company for many years. She told me to ask for "Manny" and boy oh boy am I glad I did! Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure I wa placed securely in one of their vehicles, he demonstrated the true meaning of customer service everytime I walked into the office or called on the phone. Brian was also just as gracious and hospitable. I rented various vehicles over approximately 5 months and I had ZERO issues! They have a life long customer and I have already been spreading the word! “Jeff provided exceptional customer service and communication. Reserved a Tesla. The afternoon prior to rental Jeff kindly called me to see if not having one would be an issue, in the event the Tesla was not returned as expected. He offered a Hybrid or other premium vehicle. He seemed willing to do whatever was necessary to obtain a Tesla if it was an issue for me. I told him a Hybrid would be fine. To my delight, the Tesla was returned just in time. “This center went above my expectations, my refrigerator broke on Friday and they made a delivery on Saturday. Pam expedited my contract and ensured the unit was ready to go to me the next day. The manager Malfredo, also helped me with this process by ensuring the delivery was set too. I saved hundreds of $$ on food as I had nowhere to store it while we deal with a repair. Thank u rent a center!Update: I had my repairs completed and they were expeditious AGAIN! Inthe process of picking up my rental unit. Your customer service is much appreciated. All the best.”
