He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I had expected my delivery to be Tuesday (today) and Robert called me to confirm that I received that information on Monday evening. When he had called, I was still unsure of my time so I appreciate that follow up! I truly recommend speaking with Robert and going Mattress Warehouse, in Watchung, if you're in the market for a new mattress. The prices are *fantastic* and could work in any budget. Also, they have a sleep technology bed that provides you info on mattresses that would be best suited for you. It's fantastic and also important to know for your own health. That all said, the delivery was flawless. They give you an even more accurate real time ETA the day of your delivery. The delivery guys were fast, efficient and super friendly. “Jordan was extremely knowledgeable on various product differences from one brand to another and then within each brand line

I was only going to scope out the options and compare to feel of my bed at home but he took time to let me test many different options and I found one that was so comfortable there was no need to compare. That was it.
Price was good value for the model and quality so I ended up buying a more expensive bed than I had planned because it was so comfortable it was well with the upgrade. Jordan was nice enough to let me take that journey to decide what felt best for ME
If delivery and set up is as good a service I will be back when ready for the next room.”

“My wife and I recently ordered our baby nursery furniture (mattress, crib, dresser, chest) from the Fairfield Raymour & Flanigan location, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Henry. Hands down, one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with… genuine, courteous, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about everything we were looking at.

From the moment we walked in, Henry made the entire process effortless. We were waiting on two specific crib pieces to come back in stock, and instead of us having to constantly check or follow up, Henry handled everything for us. He kept track of the updates, reached out the moment the pieces arrived, and immediately let us know when delivery could be scheduled. We didn’t even have to wait two weeks; everything was quick, smooth, and stress-free.

Delivery itself was seamless. I loved that there was a tracker, the team gave us an ETA, and they showed up exactly as promised. They were super clean, extremely thorough, and very respectful throughout the entire process. The furniture looks amazing in the nursery and is excellent quality!

“My wife and I spent time reviewing the numerous mattress purchase options available to be tested in the showroom with Bobby who guided us through our likes and dislikes to help us settle on a helix luxe mattress. We were torn between the twilight and midnight luxe versions, but settled on the twilight. We had a few more outside options to consider before consummating the purchase so Bobby promised to email us a quote by the end of the day ( which we received within the hour). After mulling our choices over a few days we had a change of mind and decided to go with the midnight luxe and were able to contact Holly at the showroom(we met Holly during our initial visit).
