“Heather at the Magnolia AutoZone is absolutely outstanding. She always takes the time to help me find what I need, checks pricing and availability, and keeps me informed about commercial specials that can save my business money. She is responsive, dependable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping her customers succeed. I did not know AutoZone offered this level of personalized commercial service until I started working with Heather. She is a major asset to the store and deserves recognition for consistently going above and beyond. Five stars!”

“After a rear-end collision, I had my vehicle repaired at an insurance-recommended body shop, and the results were unacceptable. The car was returned with a bent frame, poor fitment, and substandard paintwork. I then brought my vehicle to Dean and his team at Autotech Collision for a post-repair inspection, and they quickly confirmed what I suspected. Their team was professional, thorough, and direct in identifying the deficiencies in the prior repairs. They clearly explained what was not done to proper standards and documented everything in detail. What sets them apart is their honesty and attention to detail. They did not cut corners, and they took the time to ensure every issue was properly evaluated. Dean was accessible, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the entire process. Based on their findings, the vehicle was ultimately deemed a total loss. If you want accurate answers and a shop that prioritizes safety and quality over shortcuts, Autotech Collision is the place to go, especially for post-repair inspections or second opinions.”

“From start to finish this was hands down my best repair experience. Nowadays it’s not uncommon for insurance companies to contract with body shops so I am no stranger to this. After the initial report online with my insurance company they coordinated with the body shops. Caliber collision took care of me and my car with the utmost professionalism. Daunte was my customer service rep and he was available at all hours to provide updates and answer any questions I had. Truly amazing service, I never felt like I was being a bother or pressured. They literally kept to their timeline, not a day off! Very pleased and if in the unfortunate event I need a body shop again I will certainly be coming straight to caliber collision in York.”

“I took my truck to Caliber Collision to have my door repaired. Due to some insurance issues, the repair process was on hold for a while, but throughout the entire process, Angelo kept me informed with daily updates and excellent communication. Once the insurance issue was resolved, the repairs were completed, and I was able to get my truck back. Angelo and the entire crew did a wonderful job. I would also like to recognize the lady at the front desk, who was always helpful, communicative, and pleasant to work with. I am very satisfied with the quality of the repair, the professionalism of the staff, and the outstanding customer service I received. Thank you, Angelo and the entire Caliber Collision team! Highly recommended”

“I had a great experience with Virgo Body Shop after getting rear-ended resulting in minor rear bumper and frame damage on my 2015 Toyota Sequoia. Everyone I had an interaction with was professional, friendly and easy to work with from start to finish. The repairs were completed in just 5 days and came out flawless—it looks like nothing ever happened. They also did an excellent job dealing with a less than helpful insurance company and handled everything smoothly on my behalf, which took a lot of stress off me. Great communication, quality work, and people who truly care about doing things right. I highly recommend them.”

“This is my second time visiting Brandywine for minor car repairs! Each time I went I was treated with utmost respect by the entire staff! I was never charged for either repair! I can honestly say that you can’t go anywhere without a price tag being attached! I hope I never have to experience a big repair to my car but if I do, I know I will be fully satisfied returning back to Brandywine! Thank you for your service to my car! By far you are THE BEST auto collision I have ever been too!”

“Have an issue with the front camera on my Hyundai that independent repair shops can’t address. Joe came out in 100 degree weather to check out my car. He felt the repair should be covered under the 10 year / 100k warranty. I checked with Hyundai who said it could be covered pending the cause of the failure. Circled back with Joe who said since there is no evidence of an accident they should honor the warranty. How about that, Joe took a repair out of his shop by suggesting the warranty. Nice to know there honest, high integrity people in Marlton! Recommend Caliber for your needs.”

“Prior to bringing my car to caliber collision, family in one particular friend that brooks at another body shop stated that my car would be rendered as totaled. “They did a great job fixing my dented door for way less than i was quoted at several other places and faster too. I was looking for an affordable fix and Jamie was able to find a used car door in the same color and fix it to look like the original door. He was very helpful in explaining everything so that I could understand what he was fixing, the cost, and was very transparent and what to expect in regard to color match of the new door. He even gave alternative places that could provide imperfect fixes for even less. I love the result and couldn't recommend this place more!”

“They were smart enough to work with me through text, and confirm that they have the car that I’m looking for in their lot via text. Not only that, they were able to give me the best possible price over text. Thank you Rebecca working hard with your manager to to get the best possible deal for us. They did not try to scam me into just coming to their showroom to just test drive whatever they have. It was a flawless transaction. Lori Simpson the sales specialist made sure that we will be getting all the rebates that are Possible out there. She worked hard and answered all our questions passionately. Bob was amazing in making sure we gave the best possible deal out there. Our drive was close to 2 hours for us and we are super happy and content with our choice of Elkins Chevrolet.”

“We were looking for a new VW for my mom and found a car she liked at a dealership in Wilkes-Barre. We were about to call them when we spoke with Jared DelValle, who had the same car in stock. He went to work and called us back with a number that was much better than the other dealership. Jared sent over the credit link, got the approval, and had the car cleaned and ready. The paperwork was all set when we arrived. Pete Sapienza, the Finance Manager, made my mom feel comfortable; we signed, and that was it. Before we left, Jared showed her all the features and helped connect her phone. She drove away in a new silver Tiguan and is now a new customer. From the first call to driving away, the whole experience was a 10/10. We would and will highly recommend Jared, Pete, and the entire team.”

“Repair work on a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe LT for a fuel injector issue as well as replaced catalytic’s and a service oil change. On my repair job, from the very beginning, Tom Messenger has been an asset in calling me to let me know after he did the initial review what the initial assessment was, and, then he put a plan into action and called me back at each, and every interval to let me know what needed to be done. He was timely and accurate and the price was reasonable for the work that needed to be performed. Again, thank you Tom for your leadership and excellent job in following up and completing things on time. I highly recommend quality auto repair. Kevin”
