“I couldn’t be happier with my experience with JD Car Care. I had my son’s car towed there because it was having what we thought was an electrical problem. The battery had died, we tried jumping it, and based on what the car was doing, we really thought we were dealing with some kind of wiring or electrical issue.
JD Car Care diagnosed the problem and found that it was simply a bad battery. They replaced the battery that same day and had us back on the road.
What impressed me most, and what continues to impress me every time I use them, is their honesty. The car was literally towed into their shop with us telling them we thought it had an electrical problem. They easily could have turned that into hours of diagnostic time, wiring repairs, labor, or any number of things that I wouldn’t have known enough to question. Instead, they were completely honest about what they found, fixed what actually needed to be fixed, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.
It’s hard to find a repair shop you feel like you can genuinely trust, and JD Car Care continues to earn that trust from me time and time again. Great service, quick turnaround, and most importantly, honest and ethical people.
