They were able to accommodate some last minute work on the jeep and even though they were big jobs they didn’t mind squeezing us in and staying a little later just to make sure everything was running smoothly. The owner was extremely nice and gave my mom a great price. I was talking to other customers while we waited and even they kept saying how they love coming to this place because the guys there do an amazing job. Very friendly environment very friendly staff. I was looking for an affordable fix and Jamie was able to find a used car door in the same color and fix it to look like the original door. He was very helpful in explaining everything so that I could understand what he was fixing, the cost, and was very transparent and what to expect in regard to color match of the new door. He even gave alternative places that could provide imperfect fixes for even less. I love the result and couldn't recommend this place more!”

He felt the repair should be covered under the 10 year / 100k warranty. I checked with Hyundai who said it could be covered pending the cause of the failure. Circled back with Joe who said since there is no evidence of an accident they should honor the warranty. How about that, Joe took a repair out of his shop by suggesting the warranty. Nice to know there honest, high integrity people in Marlton! Recommend Caliber for your needs.”
