“I had an excellent experience with an international package with Ms. Deja on Monday. She helped write out the custom form for me when I have a shaky hand and explained the process. She even helped me tape the box when she had an injured hand.
She went above and beyond. I think she is really helpful and empathetic if you ask for the help. She always does her best to ensure great quality service and I had to finally thank her for all her kindness.

“I’ve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The rest…. We’ll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing ???”

“I had an issue with my time sensitive package that went to the wrong location twice. It was not the fault of the Ringwood post office, but the final destination was Ringwood. The gentleman at the Ringwood post contacted me everyday to update me & assure me that my package would get to me, even if he had to retrieve from another facility himself. He went above & beyond in my opinion. I received my package later than scheduled, but still in time for what I needed. I am grateful to the gentlemen at the Ringwood post office, he went out of his way to help me when other post offices mixed up my package.”

“Amazing experience. USPS lost a very important document. The Tallman postmaster, Baird, went out of his way to help track the document by emailing numerous times the facility where it was lost. After many days, he wrote a letter and sent the copies of my documents to the party it was originally intended, and explained the situation after taking full responsibility on behalf of the US Postal Service. He was a real gentleman! Tried solving the problem as if it was his document that was lost!”

“I grew up in Waldwick and moved out when I got married. I never had a problem with the Post Office until we moved to West Orange which is serviced by the Orange Post Office. Trust me, you have no idea what poor service is until you move into a neighborhood that is only serviced by new and temporary carriers because the route you're on is one that the experienced carriers will not bid on as a work assignment because of hilly terrain. We had lost packages, missorted mail, missed deliveries, wet mail, you name it. The only good that became of their incompetence was that we became familiar with our neighbors by delivering the missorted mail to the correct people.”

Nydia is always kind, respectful, and professional, and she consistently goes above and beyond for customers. The staff treats people with respect and deserves recognition, not criticism. “I can only say good things about the people who work in this post office on Pompton Plains Crossroad in Wayne, NJ. On several occasions I needed to contact this post office to track down lost packages that were sent to me from international locations. The most recent time it was due to the sender putting an incorrect zip code on the package. Each time the people I spoke with at this post office were incredibly helpful. They clearly cared about finding my lost packages and getting them delivered to me. They were always available when I called on the phone (which hardly ever happens nowadays even with big companies), and they called me when they had updated information. And every time they found my lost packages and had them delivered to me. I don't understand why others have given low ratings to this post office. I think the people there are fantastic!”

“I’ve been to this post office many times, and Pablo is always so kind, genuine, and truly caring. Yesterday I went in to weigh my daughter’s wedding invitations because I wasn’t sure how much postage they would need. Pablo patiently helped me with every single invitation, making sure the postage was exactly right, and even double-checked everything with his supervisor so I would have complete peace of mind.
Today, when I came back to send the invitations out, Pablo immediately recognized me, took the box, and told me he would personally take care of everything. He understood how important my daughter’s wedding is to our family and wanted to make sure the invitations arrived safely. He was so warm, sincere, and happy to help that I felt completely reassured.
