I sent my Seiko Solar X Diver in for repair, it kept stopping and I couldn't change the day of the week with the crown any more. I got it back on a Thursday 3/7/24 and on Saturday 3/9/24 it had stopped again and I could not change the day of the week using the crown. Total change was $118.50 plus my fee for shipping. If they couldn't fix it I wish they had just told me that. It isn't the most expensive watch I own but I liked it. I do not like Seiko service.

Janelle is extremely rude she talks in circle and you can tell she doesn't want to be on the phone with you. Automatically puts you on speaker phone as soon as she picks up which means she is doing something else besides giving YOU the customer her undivided attention. Unfortunately for her I speak fluent Japanese and I will be contacting Seiko Corporate in Japan about their problem employee here in the states.

Sent a Grand Seiko watch in because of water intrusion; which I specifically noted in the repair notes. After 10 weeks I received an estimate for $2000 dollars which indicated excessive rusting of the movement. The part that I find questionable was the $500 charge to repair the hands... And dial polishing. Could they have opened the watch sooner knowing water intrusion was the problem?! Again, my problem, but I found the response tardy and the charges excessive. Had them returned the watch. It was repaired elsewhere for 1/3 the price. Hard to recommend Buyer be ......

Movement repair was quick, done well, and competitively priced. I had misgivings about sending my SARB035 here given this center's reputation, but every part of the process was super easy. In my case, the watch was both out of warranty and had an entry-level, off the shelf movement, so that probably simplified things.

I bought this Lassale new in 1984. The watch stopped running last month and a local jeweler quoted me ~$800 to repair. I sent it to the Seiko repair facility in Mahwah New Jersey on September 25th, 2023. I received it back on October 16, 2023 looking brand new. Total cost for replacing movement and cleaning watch was $205.11. I'm very satisfied with the value, timeliness and quality of the work.

Save your money and buy a Rolex. I got a new Spring Drive $10k, stopped working after month (yes 30 days). They refuse to provide an insured return label. I do not live near a boutique to drop it off. Their solution is I should pay a local repair shop if I do not want to pay return shipping. Mad at myself for not buying a Rolex!

Got my 15 year old gen 1 Orange Monster repaired and serviced. It was quick and reasonably priced. It's like a new watch again.

I sent my Seiko in to be repaired. I purchased it new in the 90s. We both had been thru a lot together. I was so happy when I received my watch back in perfect working order. The repair cost was reasonable, and it was safely mailed back to me rather quickly. Many thanks to the skilled watchmaker who brought my Seiko back to life!

I sent my seiko monster in after it started making noise every time it was moved. I could hear it just while walking and swinging my arms. Not normal. Sent it in, they said they did a movement repair service, $150, waited 3 weeks because they had to order a part, and I got it back with the same problem.I called and talked to customer service, who told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that automatic watches are supposed to make noise. It has never made noise before and even if it did, why did they charge me $150 for something they are claiming is not a problem?I sent it back in (and had to pay for shipping), and they sent it back with a highlighted pamphlet (picture attached). The watch came back again in exact same condition.I am the service manager for a bike shop, and I cannot imagine running it like this or treating customers this way. Extremely disappointed. Do not get your watch serviced here.

I made the mistake of throwing a left hook with my orange monster. The watch didn't love it and went into warp speed. I sent this up to them and didn't hear anything back for three weeks. So I called and they said pay us $177 and we will fix it for you. After a decade of running great I thought this was a bargain. Watch came back running +- a second a day. I am pleased.

This place is a chop shop. They took my family 6139-6005 and sneakily replaced a perfect and rare dial and hands and likely whole movement with whatever bottom of the sea junk parts they had laying around all done without my consent and knowledge and with no reason to do so but to steal rare vintage watch parts. Wish I read the reviews. Who knew seiko corporate would be such crooks? They’ve reduced my fathers rare and valuable vintage watch to a worthless Frankenstein junk heap. I can’t stress enough how unbelievably wild and unacceptable this situation is.

This is my second time’s sending my watch to service here. First time I send my Grand Seiko to service about date wheel not aligned with the window. I paid more than $500 and it come back with the same condition. I ask them to fix it again. It come back a little better. Now I hate Grand Seiko because of their service department.Second watch is Seiko Lukia Solar. It doesn’t work after changing battery. So I send for service. When I open the box the second hand doesn’t even moving. I leave it at the window for a day. Come back to see that the second hand move but not smoothly. So, I leave it at the window for another couple days. It seem like it running better but when I click the start-stop time the big second hand only moving for 3 second and both second hand stop moving. This is how they service your watch. They never have quality checks on your watch before they send it back to you. Or their Quality control is just to low. I’m very disappointed and plan to sale all of my seiko.

I would give this product and service a 1-star rating as the Grand Seiko crown broke within a year and a half of purchase. This is unacceptable for a luxury watch in this price range. Additionally, the service received was below par, which further adds to the frustration and dissatisfaction.I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and quality watch. It is not worth the investment and the lack of customer service makes the experience even worse. Save your money and look for a different brand that offers better quality and service.
