“Had a great experience renting a car for the weekend. They were very accommodating, had a great selection of clean vehicles for a great rate and even picked me up! Would definitely rent from them again - highly recommend them.”

“I have rented from this facility a few time, I have always been happy. Needed a car from Friday to Tuesday, they upgraded me, offered to come get me, when I called an Uber from the lobby they offered to drive me to the shop my car was at. I declined given they were busy. While I was waiting there was a customer who was angry about something out of their control. The girl that was there went above and beyond in trying to help him. She was beyond courteous, patient and professional towards him. Great experience, thanks!”

“They were prompt & polite on both pick up & drop off. Car was upgraded 1 or 2 levels over what I paid for through Costco. Would definitely use again when the car is in the shop.”

“We rented a cargo van and were given a box truck, which was too high to access a parking structure. The manager, Harry, was fantastic! He personally worked with us to resolve the situation to our satisfaction.I have been a President's Circle member for more than 10 years and this may be the best customer service experience I've ever received from Hertz. Thanks, Harry!”
