Loved working with PlaNutrition! I went to Stephanie back in April feeling hopeless after trying to lose some post menopause weight gain. I was so confused with all the latest diet crazes and didn't know what was a good fit for me. She help me come up with a simple plan involving real food and not eliminating any major food groups that got me on my way to losing 18 lbs. Just a few tweaks without eliminating what I still love. I would highly recommend Stephanie.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing! I didn't need to lose a ton of weight but I did need to make a lifestyle change in order to maintain the weight I did lose. Stephanie's plan is not a fad diet that is unsustainable. It's real food that we eat everyday but she helps you make better choices while still being able to enjoy the foods you were already eating! There was never any pressure and she always had suggestions for alternatives. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone who is looking to not only lose weight but keep it off while still being able to enjoy life!

My experience with Stephanie was amazing! She educated me on the good and the bad foods. She helped me understand labels on boxes. I really learned the easy way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I can still eat a lot of the things I want with her plan (and drink wine). If at anytime I fell off due to life she always put me back on track without making it too difficult. Im so grateful to have met her!

I started my journey with with Stephanie about two months ago. Three of my friends have found her dedicated, individual approach to be very successful. I have tried many health and wellness programs but was ready to try nutrition learning. I am amazed at my progress just under 25lbs!!!! I was a healthy eater but I wasn’t understanding the impact of so much fruit. The late night eating no matter how healthy was sabotaging my success. I had no idea! I am so excited for my success and for the amount of time Stephanie affords me with discussions, strategies and awareness of what my body does and does not need! Stephanie at PlaNutrition is awesome! I'd give her more than 5 stars if I could! Like many others, I've tried several weight loss programs before and they never really worked. I was tired of being tired and unhappy with myself. Then along came Stephanie! She created a meal plan for me that is super easy to follow and with her guidance, I am down 50 pounds in almost six months. It feels good to have more energy, a positive attitude and a nearly empty closet now because I had to get rid of a lot of clothes :) I cannot thank you enough Stephanie!

PlaNutrition is the easiest plan to get to a better you .I have been on sooo many Diets ... Too many to mention . It was my battle I would reach my Goal . Then not know what to do after that. I Know now I will never "Yo-yo Diet" again, Ever!It's exciting to know that when the holidays birthdays events come my way , I can enjoy myself and the food that is around me and NOT feel left out because of the "latest Diet" I may be on . Stephanie is very good at what she does. She is always available by text & responds quickly. She has made me realize that you can eat regular food & still lose weight. The food plan she gives you is for you & is not a sample that anyone can use. She also lets you know what foods you should & shouldn't eat based on any health issues or concerns you may have. Stephanie is very easy to talk to & tell your concerns to. She has even made me a more responsible eater on vacation!

So glad I met with Stephanie! She asks about your likes and dislikes, how you eat, what your lifestyle is and makes a plan just for you all within her nutritional guidelines. No measuring, no counting or weighing foods. All fresh foods of your choice (within reason!). To start, meet weekly one on one with Stephanie who understands good food and nutrition. I personally do not do well in group meetings so this was a perfect match for me. I love Stephanie's caring knowledgeable sessions and even at my age, I learned a lot. I met with her at the convenient Tinton Falls studio. I set small goals and met them every time. I feel so much better and Stephanie made it easy for me to make and keep these lifestyle changes to my eating. I cook for myself (mostly organic), use healthy takeouts, eat out regularly and Stephanie showed me the best way to fit my needs into a workable plan. I know I added years to my life by controlling my weight. Thank you Stephanie!
