“What an amazing vet! I called nervous about my puppy’s possible eye infection and they took me 30 minutes later even as a new patient. Everyone from the front desk staff to the intake technician to Dr. Russo is warm, compassionate, and comforting. My baby Bella was completely calm throughout the eye exam and treatment. When I went to take her home she literally bellyflopped at the front door and wouldn’t leave. As I went to scoop her up both front desk people got up front behind their desk without me even asking and playfully interacted with her to coax her out the front door. What a great place!”

“Cant find anything bad to say! I had called a few weeks ago when I had an emergency with my dog and they were able to take me in the same day ( Not being a previous client) with no issues at all. Arriving there frazzled with my dog I had forgotten to bring his records from the previous vet and they had no problem reaching out and obtaining them on their own. Not only did they provide great service and peace of mind that day, I had called a few days later concerned that my dog wasn't getting better, Even after the staff confirming it was going to take time Dr. Bach allowed me to come in and examine my pup again just to put MY nerves to rest. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians even the office manager were all a pleasure to speak to. Will definitely be back and will be referring out to friends and family in need!”

“I felt the need to leave a review because in all the years I’ve had working as a vet assistant or in the animal industry alone I have not witnessed such compassion and genuine care. To make a long story short my dog Mirena unfortunately had to be put to sleep and her own vet wouldn’t take her on a short notice even tho she was suffering. I’m terrible with names, but the woman in the photos wearing the purple scrubs made sure that my baby was seen so she wouldn’t suffer, unlike the other places I had called around to. I will be switching over to you guys as my permanent vet for my other babies as well. I just wanted to thank you again for the care and kindness your facility has shown me and my Mirena in her last moments.”

“After founding out my cat Olette was pregnant, she gave birth days later and one of the newborns needed a very delicate reconstructive procedure after he was breeched and momma tried pulling him out. Katie (tech was also AMAZING so comforting knowing I had her throughout the chaos) told me to come in right away without hesitation. Let me tell you... Dr Connelly was so patient and precise, closed up most of his wounds I was completely astounded by her skills (he has a great prognosis so far as a newborn) I was frequent this week, the staff knew Olette by name and the communication (I had 3 different vets) were all in sync for her care plan. The girls at the front desk were very patient with me as I paced around for hours LOL until after they closed. The VCA app I highly recommend to message any of the vets for any questions. They are all so passionate about what they do. Thank you everyone!!”
