“Fin was very personable and super friendly. The store was cute and an inviting environment. 100% recommend and they had a a great selection of books and signed copies. Along with trinkets and and items from small businesses. The work they put into verifying the authors and work that goes into the shop is amazing and super appreciated.”
“LOVE!!!!!!!!
As a book hoarder, when I saw the $1 book rack outside I was hooked.
When you walk in you are greeted by a bright an lovely atmosphere. Some comfy chairs & books on display in the most perfect way as to not feel cramped and crowded.
The front of the store had new books....but the treasures were in the back!!!
I love that they had a combination of new and used. I hit the $1 rack AND the discount rack AND I couldn't leave without a few blind dates with a book!
It was my birthday so my husband is gracious enough to enable my book buying habit and I started stacking away!
Whoever the 2 gentleman were who were working on Sunday March,1 in the afternoon - they were lovely!!!!!!!
I walked out with 3 blind dates and about 9 other books and cannot wait to return!”
“I loved it here! It's big, with a wide variety for an independent bookstore. A nice kids section, but also plenty for teens and adults. It felt nice and clean, and the windows provided the perfect amount of sunlight.”

“Yesterday my grandson, husband and I scheduled a tour at the Paranormal Museum. We arrived at our appointed time and were immediately welcomed inside by our tour guide, R.J.
First, we were asked about our interest in coming. My grandson is an artist and is working on a comic book about the Jersey Devil. R. J. said he would share a lot of information about cryptids and the Jersey Devil in particular.
R.J. Is very knowledgeable about the different artifacts inside the building. My grandson found the Jersey Devil information and artifacts both interesting and helpful for his research. My husband, an avid record collector, found the story about the phonograph intriguing. I found the stories about the women in white most interesting.
At the end of our tour R.J. took time to look at my grandson’s sketches and helped him find a book from their collection.
We found the tour to be well worth the cost and R.J. to be an excellent storyteller about the supernatural.”
“POINT PLEASANT:
✅ Book shop
✅ Coffee shop
✅ Gift shop
✅ Event space
✅ Dog friendly!
The Little Point Bookshop truly does it all. This independent bookstore and community hub is a warm, inviting space filled with thoughtfully curated books, special collections, and fun book-themed finds. The shop is full of character too, with cool touches like an old-school Pac-Man console and even a piano.
Grab a comfy chair, flip through a new read, and sip on a drink from The 2nd Cup Cafe tucked in the back. As we wandered through the shop, there was an unmistakable sense of calm and happiness in the air.
Leashed and friendly dogs are welcome inside, making it a perfect stop for book lovers and their pups.”

“I went into this store on Saturday evening, the 13th of December because of how absolutely welcoming it seemed. The staff could not have been nicer. I think it may have been close to closing time, but they never made us feel rushed. I purchased a Clea Ray messenger bag. It was exactly the size and style I had been looking for. Being a history buff, I loved hearing that it was made of repurposed military canvas. The bag I bought was made from a French mailbag. It’s so sturdy and roomy without being bulky or too big. I’m so happy with my new bag. I will be back! Merry Christmas!”
“It's an organized small area for getting OCC Merchandise and necessary supplies for school such as laptops and accessories, notebooks, pens, pencils, highlighters, etc.. There are more things to choose from on the online OCC Bookstore website.”
“Love this place. Its decor is very warm and vintage in style, making you feel like you're in an old-fashioned bookstore. It is also fully stocked and diverse, books, magazines, anime, toys, board games, vinyl discs, overall great content for children and adults??. It also has a Starbucks ☕. Neat, organized, and customer friendly. The plaza has an ample parking lot as well as accessible spots and ramps ?️♿️. Highly recommended ✅⭐”
“New favorite bookstore? This is perfect for the casual reader looking for something new, or the dedicated reader who loves book-themed gifts and merchandise. I can't recommend this one enough!”
