“I really like this store. Lots of selection, well stocked, nice meats and produce, good bakery, clean store. The staff are all generally very friendly and helpful. I've also had a good experience with online ordering. Although the cost of many items has significantly gone up, ShopRite continues to come in lower-priced on many items vs. other food stores in our area.”
“Trader Joe’s in Brick Plaza is mamash one of those places that you walk into “for two items,” and somehow you walk out with a tote bag full of snacks you didn’t know existed five minutes ago… and you’re smiling the whole way to the car. ?
First off, the vibe is always upbeat. The staff here is super friendly and on top of it — you can ask where something is and they don’t just point vaguely like “aisle… somewhere.” They’ll actually walk you over, explain what it is, and half the time they’ll hit you with a suggestion like, “If you like that, you’ll love this.” It’s very heimish for a big chain — warm, helpful, and no attitude.
The selection is what makes TJ’s TJ’s: all those signature items that are perfect for quick meals, easy lunches, and last-minute “we need something for the house” situations. Produce is fresh, the frozen section is a lifesaver (weeknight dinners, Shabbos prep shortcuts, you know the matzav), and the snacks are basically a full-time nisayon. Every aisle has something new that makes you stop and think, “Who asked for this?”… and then you buy it anyway. ?
Pricing is also a big plus. You feel like you’re getting good quality without having to take out a mashkon on the house to pay for groceries. And everything is packaged nicely, easy to grab, easy to store — very practical.
Now let’s talk real life: it can get busy, and the parking situation in Brick Plaza can be a little “chasunah traffic” at peak times. But honestly, it’s worth it. Go in with a little patience, maybe daven for a close spot, and once you’re inside you’ll forget the whole thing.
Bottom line: clean store, great energy, consistently good products, and a staff that makes the whole experience pleasant. If you’re stocking up, grabbing a quick dinner, or just coming in for “one snack” (good luck), this Trader Joe’s is a win.”

I can’t say enough good things about this local refillery! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and the refreshing scent of clean, eco-friendly living. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about sustainability, always ready to help you find exactly what you need.
The selection is top-notch—everything from household cleaners and personal care items to pantry staples and unique local goods, all available in bulk to reduce waste. I especially love that I can bring my own containers and refill only what I need. It feels so impossible to reduce my plastic use but I feel better reusing the containers until I invest/acquire more glass bottles.
This place has truly made sustainable shopping convenient, enjoyable, and impactful. If you’re looking to reduce your environmental footprint without sacrificing quality or customer service, this refillery is an absolute must-visit. “This has to be what a 5 star supermarket looks like. Shoprite is the gum at the bottom of your shoes. Wegmans is the brand new comfortable shoe you just bought. Terrible analogy but I dont like grocery shopping but Wegmans makes it tolerable. Its well kept, lighting is just right, the setting is welcoming and customer service is great. And prices are reasonable. Don't let people fool you into thinking its super expensive. They're just parroting what they heard from someone they dont know in a shop rite 30 years ago. Leave shop rite and their disgusting prepared food practices. Head over to wegmans!”

“I like this place. Not for my full shopping list, but it has a lot of extras at reasonable prices. It's also an easy place to shop as long as they have people at the register. Unfortunately, they don't always have more than one opened. The last time I visited they did have two which makes it a pleasant experience.”

“I just can't believe I got 3 pants for the price of 1. Not only they were cheap but a really good material. The texture of the pants are excellent. No wait in line to pay. Store is huge. You can find anything there, from things to decorate your house, furniture, to clothes for men, women, kids and many other things. Is like a mini shopping mall in one store. “It is a smaller grocery store compared to belmar Shoprite or Wegmans. Although, living around town you can find what you need with a liquor store attached. They stock a lot of different products in that store ? I would recommend. It's clean and the workers are helpful. Plenty of parking. Can get in and out pretty fast. Has a small bakery, deli, and butcher section.”

“THE place in the area for coffee, delicious and cheap breakfast sandwiches hot and ready, vapes, chips, ice cream, and all kinds of household use products. They also are a lucky store for scratch offs and lottery tix apparently as they post so many winners. Also have some collectible cards like Pokémon, baseball, and football, which is fun. The staff really make it what keeps us all coming back. There’s a friendly familiarity here, where we are greeted, they know our names, they remember our orders, and they ask how we’re doing. Almost like the old school general store or 5 and dime that is lost to history. Dru the night guy is a great dude and so are the other fellas and the women in the morning. “This is by far one of the best pharmacies I’ve ever been to, and I plan on staying with them. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t know about ACME Pharmacy sooner. This place is an absolute game changer. The staff here are phenomenal and genuinely care about you and your well-being. They also helped my wife with her medications, and she was very happy with their service. They provide you with quick service and also make you feel like you’re part of their family. I’ve only been here a couple of times, and they already know me by my first and last name. I highly recommend coming here! I wish I knew about them sooner.”

“Ive only used this place for quick breakfast before work around 5:50am and even for 9 am breaks or lunch. This place never disappoints when it comes to a quick grab and cheap price for a flavorful snack. Burritos made ready to grab are $3.50, Tapas $3.50 and Tamales for $3.00..... I know sounds crazy in today's economy. But trust me if you grab a combo of these items you will be fill and not hungry for sure. 100% recommend”
“Very busy but I've been going there for years. Mike one of the employees that runs the cash register and such is a great person. He's one of the reasons I go back. Mike is approachable and friendly. He's a professional but down to earth. The kitchen cook is a decent guy too and his breakfast sammies and the rest of the menu for that matter are good to go. The owners are nice folks too. So yeah I stay going to One Stop.”

Award Winning tehina, hummus, kibbe (torpedoes), lahambagine, meat or cheese samboosaks, delicious olives, fresh pita bread, zaatar bread, Moroccan meat-filled 'cigars', fried empanadas, egg salad, potato salad, barzargan, avocado salad, etc.
Also, the cooked delicacies of the Shabbat Meal are presented fresh every Friday, - cholent, stuffed eggplant, stuffed tomatoes, chicken, fish dishes, string beans, peas with meatballs, fassulieh, rice, potatoes, and many other surprises. I also very much enjoy his homemade gefilte fish, with horseradish.
On Thursdays and Fridays there are delicious challahs, challah rolls, and Pareve bakery items like seven layer cakes, rugalach, etc that make for great desserts to complete the entire experience and meal.
David, the proprietor and chef, is a wonderful man and has been in that same location and family owned business since the early 1970's. If you are shopping there on a Friday be sure not to wait until the last minute, depending on the time of year and when sunset is, the store closes (and runs out of certain items) earlier on Fridays.
Shalom Foods is also great for catering your next breakfast, lunch, dinner, bris, engagement, arayat, bar mitzvah, office party, synagogue or corporate event. *Special orders packed with ice for travelling and conventions.”
“This local Pantry Farm is like a breathe of fresh air. The food at this place is excellent. I've gottan both hot and cold sandwiches from here, salads, tacos. Everything is good. The owner and workers are always so friendly and polite. I love the fact that it's always so clean and they cook your food right in front of you. Not like IN and Go around the corner. Ate there and got sick.”

“We returned home for a few days visit and this, of course, was an important stop. So many choices compared to what we have locally in Florida (P*bl^x) where you get one choice of what they decide you should have;there is no other viable game in town, so no choice other than what they want you to buy. We specifically underpack our suitcases so we can bring food back home. The prices are still good and the sales are even better. Choices of produce to prepared foods abound. My only criticism of them is there is so much crowded in the store, it looks dirty and unkempt with items in the aisles and end caps. But, in the end, I will take the ability to choose what I want from a plethora of items, rather than settling for what Florida's giant, which is big on appearance rather than choice, allows you to buy.”
