Mr. Prime Old Tyme Butcher is simply the best little market of its kind and a hidden gem. It is a best quality butcher shop that rivals NYC steakhouse quality. The pork crown roast is one of the best holiday dishes, excellent from flavor to presentation. It is a pure joy to do business with, and the Bell & Evans chicken breasts are way fresher than at a conventional grocer. Grade A all the way.
The combo of delicious meats and exceptional service make this a can’t miss. Their butter steak is my personal fave but their pork chops and cutlets are also 10/10. Also don’t sleep on the bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches (call ahead). Run by the sweetest family that you’ll be happy to support.
