95 Beach Front, ManasquanI’ve been going down the Jersey Shore for 43 years, and I can honestly say I have never come across a place quite as outstanding as The Shore Spot in Manasquan.
It is hands down the #1 kid-friendly restaurant we’ve been to. The food is outstanding, the prices are incredibly reasonable, and there are so many options for both kids and adults. As a parent, it’s one of those rare places where everyone can find something they love.
The location and setup make it even better. They have indoor seating, outdoor seating, and a walk-up window that gives the restaurant such a fun, beachy feel. It’s also just steps from the beach and right near a kid-friendly playground, making it incredibly convenient when you’re out with children.
But what truly makes The Shore Spot stand out is the staff and the people who run it.
I was there by myself with my kids, and Carl actually came over, sat down, and spent some time talking with us. He was incredibly kind and welcoming. You can see how much he genuinely cares about his customers. He walks around, checks on everyone, and makes sure each person feels welcome and taken care of. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it’s something I won’t forget.
Thank you so much to Carl and the entire staff for such a wonderful experience. You’ve created something truly special in Manasquan. We will absolutely be back before the end of the summer—and many times after that!

The service was unbelievably great from start to finish, and the food was absolutely awesome. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

I'm not supposed to be eating gluten which makes it hard to order at most places, but they have an extensive gluten free menu including chicken parm, mozzarella sticks, etc. and it all tastes completely the same as the regular stuff and is really good. I think their kid has celiac so they go out of their way to accommodate.

2655 River Rd, ManasquanWell, I start off with a good point. The service was outstanding. Crabcakes were awful just filler as for a burger, medium rare on the rare side came out burnt and medium. Well, they did take both items off the bill, which was very nice of them. two piece man playing awesome place would try it again. I think they just had a bad night.
