The store is always fully stocked and if they don't have what you want they will try and get it or give a rain check. A store like this can only be as good as its people. I've been to many a CVS. “At first I thought this place was terrible because I had 10am appointment for a Covid vaccine for my son and they said appointments weren’t until 11am! I also live pretty far and had other appointments since I couldn’t get all my 3 kids vaccinated in one place! I showed them my confirmation and they were clueless... nevertheless, Helena apologized and put us in as 3rd at 11am. I asked if the 2nd shot would be the same drama she said she had no idea what was going on but would get to the bottom of it and call me and let me know. She took my number down. I never really expected a call back but Helena called me back explaining everything and actually remembered us.... that is NOT something that normally happens! Trust me I work in healthcare!! Very Pleased and Grateful! Helena deserves a raise she did NOT have to go out of her way like that and to ME that’s Customer Service and Beyond!! “We returned home for a few days visit and this, of course, was an important stop. So many choices compared to what we have locally in Florida (P*bl^x) where you get one choice of what they decide you should have;there is no other viable game in town, so no choice other than what they want you to buy. We specifically underpack our suitcases so we can bring food back home. The prices are still good and the sales are even better. Choices of produce to prepared foods abound. My only criticism of them is there is so much crowded in the store, it looks dirty and unkempt with items in the aisles and end caps. But, in the end, I will take the ability to choose what I want from a plethora of items, rather than settling for what Florida's giant, which is big on appearance rather than choice, allows you to buy.”
