Then she had it sent directly to him. She has really cleaned up and organized the whole post office. Everything looks great. Gabby and Barbara are wonderful and so happy for Angela's leadership!”
“After having a poor customer service experience in Asbury Park (where I've had many poor experiences), I have been delighted with the service at this Wanamassa/Ocean location. I am able to get in and out much faster, and the front end workers are generally much kinder and less stressed. My most recent experience on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 12:53pm - the gentleman who helped me get my PO Box (I wish I knew his name - he is often there and on my receipt it says Clerk 07) could not have been more pleasant. Not only is the service better here, but the same size PO Box in Asbury Park cost over $100 more per year. I will continue to bring my business here.”

I called and got through to Amanda who was wonderful and told me exactly how to get them out for next day in their zip code. John at the counter and Matt, the supervisor happily accommodated me. It was so much easier than I had imagined and everyone was so helpful👔

“Convenient location, but there's a man that works the counter who is really unprofessional and seems to hate being there. I once went in 30 mins before closing and he didn't want to ship my package because it was shipping internationally. He said "it was a lot of paperwork and they were closing soon so there wasn't enough time". He told me to come back the next day, but it was a gift and I didn't want to wait another day, which I told him. I said I would fill out the paper as fast as I could and he finally gave me the form, reluctantly. It took maybe 5 mins to fill out, he was just being lazy. He has an attitude with customers for no reason. Makes you feel like you're a nuisance.”

They have the supplies you need and even have nice seasonal packaging as well. I will definitely not avoid this post office when it comes time again to mail something that takes more than a simple stamp.”
“I've been using this post office for several years and have always had a great experience. The employees inside are consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. They take the time to answer questions, assist with shipping and package drop-offs, and genuinely make you feel welcome rather than rushing you out the door.
Many of the negative reviews seem to be about mail delivery, but the staff working at this location have always been excellent in my experience. One of the better post offices I've dealt with, and I highly recommend it.”

“Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from…I’ve been using this location for almost 10 years an I have never had an issue. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Post office is clean and there’s rarely a wait. The rest of the post offices in this area are absolute nightmares - this one and it’s staff are a saving grace.”
“Mr. Viral Patel, my usps representative, turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one. A very important piece of mail was missing from my mailbox and I was understandably very worried. From the moment I spoke with him, he was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me.
He immediately started looking into the issue, kept me informed, and was able to locate and recover my mail the same day. His professionalism, urgency, and willingness to help made all the difference.
