“What a great place! Had bought a pair of Hokas my podiatrist had recommended after toe surgery. After wearing them for a couple weeks they were hurting my swollen toe. They let me return them and suggested another pair. Wonderful customer service (which you rarely find these days..) Very knowledgeable people helping you choose the right shoes. Just a great overall experience. I highly recommend Miles Ahead. I’ll definitely be back!”

“this review is for the new balance outlet store in Tinton Falls, NJ. Give Joe, the store manager a Promotion, Raise, make him head of customer service training! . He is kind and knowledgeable about New balance products. I have been wearing new Balance sneakers for over 40 years plus of my life. I always had to buy 2 pair of shoes, 9.5 & 8.5 to fit my feet. Had 11 operations on my right foot. New Balance are the only sneakers that fit my right foot with comfort. (I have tried every brand out there over the years. ). Always bought sneakers on sale, styles & colors I didn’t like just to save money on buying 2 pairs. On 1/24 I brought my old pair new balance sneakers with me . My left side left foot 9.5,my right 8.5 . I went in there to look for sneakers on sale. Joe greeted me at the door and asked me how he could help me. I told him my story. He said he would sell me 1 pair of sneakers that I really liked in 2 different sizes. I was so excited I bought 2 new pair of sneakers from him. . I haven’t had brand new sneakers in a long time. He made my day and my feet very happy. My two pair of new balance sneakers will be on my journey as I’m turning 70 and started Body building and will be competing in my new balance sneakers. I’m full of gratitude for Joe & my new “New Balance sneakers.

“The Tore layout irks me, and it's not my fave brand but I did get a really helpful employee assist there for some items (accessories) that have been on my list for a while. Good deals. Wish they could work better with that layout but it might be challenging. There's a whole half of the store I don't even think I've seen yet!”
“Been shopping here for years. Variety and sizes are still pretty good. Manager could be a little more pleasant. Returned dress shoes that have a Velcro closure that kept breaking free (worn for a few hours at a wedding) and she explained in a snarky tone “I can’t sell used shoes”. Didn’t need the attitude but she did give me store credit.”

“I called the Jersey Shore loc to located a Unfurgettable crocs in a mushroom color, I spoke to gentlemen by the name of Jay M, who was extremely pleasant and informed me he would hold them for. My reason for this review is I went to the Broadway location in New York had the worst experience in my life, including management. After traveling from New Jersey on 12/13/25 to New York, I had the pair on hold and a online form, they had the audacity to put them back, I was extremely heated, they put them back on the self. The price on my mobile app that I had on hold was 39.99, manager said the price here is 59.99, I show her the hold number on my phone along with the price, she did nothing for me, she loss a valuable customer. I informed everyone I know not to visit that location at all and I know alot of people.
When I arrive at home I called The Jersey shore loc, thats when I spoke to Jay M who was so pleasant and I informed what happened to me. He listened to me and assured me he would hold them. I will now make my location Jersey shore loc. What a pleasant employee, he made my day so worth it. Jay M thank you for being so pleasant and it shows you take pride in your work. Crocs you have a asset employee.”

I had such a great experience at Journeys thanks to Brianna! I had ordered a pair of shoes online that ended up running too big. Brianna was so helpful! She took the time to find me the right size and even went above and beyond by arranging for the correct pair to be shipped directly to my house since the store didn’t carry the color I wanted.
She was patient, friendly, and made the whole process super easy for me. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers are happy, but Brianna really did. Journeys is lucky to have her on their team! I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service she provided.”

“I stopped in today because my jacket wasn't enough to deal with the cold + wind... The store is phenomenal and has inventory for days with an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff... The guy that helped me was super friendly and knew exactly what would fit the bill for my needs.. The ladies working the register were also helpful and friendly as well.
So from someone who is from out of state and here in NJ for work. I would 100% recommend this store if you're in need of Carhartt or Ariat
