“Need it track cleats for my daughter. We went to a big box store which was a waste of time. No help nothing in stock. Came to MAS and the knowledgeable staff fitted my daughter with the proper size which were in stock and less then Big Box. They suggested indoor spikes with the tool. Best was a 10 percent discount because she's in Point Boro track. This place is great..”

“The Tore layout irks me, and it's not my fave brand but I did get a really helpful employee assist there for some items (accessories) that have been on my list for a while. Good deals. Wish they could work better with that layout but it might be challenging. There's a whole half of the store I don't even think I've seen yet!”

Returned dress shoes that have a Velcro closure that kept breaking free (worn for a few hours at a wedding) and she explained in a snarky tone “I can’t sell used shoes”. Didn’t need the attitude but she did give me store credit.”

“Was a bit disappointed that they didn't have as many models and sizes for their tennis shoes section, since this is the closest Asics store to me in Jersey and it's an hour away from me. But one of the employees recommended two other (non-Asics) stores to go to for tennis shoes. So, I really appreciated that.
Honestly, I feel like there's a huge opportunity for this Asics store to carry more tennis shoe models and wide sizes, as I went to Nike, Adidas, Fila, Lacoste, and Under Armour (I was desperate), and they all didn't carry any tennis shoes.”

“Service is fairly good and the staff are knowledgeable and willing to help. I didn't know my son's Crocs size and the salesman helped me figure it out. What I didn't care for was the salesman asking if I needed any pairs for friends or family because of the buy 2 get 2 free, then paying for a bag, then asking to donate.
Not a big deal, but a little pressure. Overall? Great experience.”

I had such a great experience at Journeys thanks to Brianna! I had ordered a pair of shoes online that ended up running too big. Brianna was so helpful! She took the time to find me the right size and even went above and beyond by arranging for the correct pair to be shipped directly to my house since the store didn’t carry the color I wanted.
She was patient, friendly, and made the whole process super easy for me. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers are happy, but Brianna really did. Journeys is lucky to have her on their team! I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service she provided.”
