“Ordered online from their website. It was later canceled because product was “out of stock”. Wasted a drive to them because online inventory isn’t accurate.

Updating review, was initially disappointed with the online ordering, but I understand mistakes happen. I went in person this time and had the best experience ever. Great store, great selection, staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, manager Dave was a rockstar.”

“Not the laegest store in the chain, but they somehow still have the best selection of beer. The staff is always available and friendly to help find a new flavor or that one drink from months ago you can't quite find. They have an adequate selection of liquor and wine, enough to do in a pinch or if you aren't super brand loyal.

Only bummer is that not all items in the cooler have prices, particularly the craft beer. But if you have to ask, it likely is already too expensive.

Parking lot is easy to get in/out of compared to other liqour stores and they are open the latest permissable by NJ state law.”

“Would be 5 stars. The location is excellent, especially if you are traveling to Seaside or LBI, as it's at the junction of 539 and route 70. So that's awesome. Unfortunately due to this fact it can also be difficult to get in and out of, but not a big deal. The prices are good. Best in the town of Whiting by far, be it wine, beer, or liquor, they generally offer a considerable discount to their competitors.

My one beef is that the employees are consistently rude. There is a language barrier and perhaps a cultural and customs barrier when it comes to manners. It's therefore possible I'm simply ignorant. However, they seem awfully unfriendly. I always smile and say hello, and I'm often ignored. I don't take it personally because I see them behave that way to everyone they serve. I just don't understand that kind of behavior. Especially to regular customers. Maybe there's something I'm missing.”

“I came into wine world on Lacey Road in Whiting, New Jersey to pick up some wine and Joycelynn came out from behind the register and walked around the store with me to find exactly what I wanted an additional options as well. So happy we met and chatted and you were just awesome And never left my side until I found exactly what I wanted. Who says customer service is dead. Wine world has the best associates ever.
