“The ladies at Lab corp in Lacey are amazing!!! From the front check in to the back, I definitely recommend this lab corp. The exceptional compassion and patience they had for caring for my son was above and beyond! My son fainted and was very out of it, the nurse (I wish I could remember her name) took full control and made sure he was fully recovered regardless of the amount of people waiting! I am so grateful for you girls!! Thank you again!!”
“Although I had trouble getting an appointment time I wanted I did chose to walk in and take my chances at a long wait time. I checked in on the kiosk, opted to wait in my car. Within 2 min of getting to car I received the text to come in for blood draw. While speaking with the woman at the front desk 2 men, at 2 different times came to the window and proceeded to be harsh and nasty to the woman trying to process my paperwork for the draw. One man was in the wrong office and the other had wrong paperwork but the woman at the counter( let's call her Pat) was unwavering in her professionalism and quickly showed them the error of their ways. Wrong office guy kept up the sparky comments all the way out the door. She's a better person than me. Idk if I would put up with that all day, which she says happens. I'm sure it does too, in my 5 min total in the bldg I witnessed 2 verbal assaults on Pat who was just doing her job. Her stick wasn't bad either. Cudos to you at the front desk for handling both situations professionally.”

“I must say my doctors love your turn around time with blood work but the problem is they never heard of you . You need to open up in new revitalizing areas the Jersey Shore . Belmar new buildings going up,Bradley Beach Avon,Spring Lake . There are so many Doctors and walk in urgent care you would be doing these towns a great justice we only have Neptune lab Core which is horrible Manaquan also not the greatest and to tell you the truth I don't know where quest is . Jersey shore hospital is 10-15 minutes from these areas . I think you have great team members and especially Belmar could use one . Thank you for your great service my doctors think your very organized . I would open another Med labs in the Jersey Shore area . Thank you again for your kind service.”
“My doctor's office sent over an incorrect code for my vitamin D test. I signed electronically my consent to incur the cost. Which turned out to be $250. I went back after calling my doctor's office; they gave me a confusing answer. But once the two spoke it was all cleared up. They took me back in and relabeled all my samples before being sent out. No charge. Easy appointment scheduling. Overall positive experience.”
“I was there as a gift of life donor and the girl in the front didn't know what I'm talking about, and I forgot a mask but she didn't want to give me one and I had to walk 10 min. to find a store that sells masks, but overall it was great, I came for blood drawl and it was the easiest I had in my life!! experienced and caring staff really nice and clean, to bad I cant give it 5 stars because the two above reasons. but Hawaiian (hope I spelled that right..) was really helpful so for her I would for sure give a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐...”

“Today was my first time there and it was great. I made an appointment, received an email with everything I needed to do. After I walked in, Lacey called me, entered my information in the computer and also drew my blood. She was very patient as I don't give up my blood easily !!(my fault)I didn't feel a thing and the whole experience was fantastic.”
