“I would highly recommend Harry and everyone here at A1! They are very kind, considerate, empathetic, welcoming and most of all, very fair with their pricing. My boyfriend (out of state from Michigan) and I (out of country from Canada) were travelling down to Florida when his car started having trouble and we had to get it towed. Both being non-locals, we were really nervous looking for a place that wouldn’t just charge us a lot extra because we were young and had out of town plates. Our tow truck guy recommended A1 and said they were very knowledgeable and kind. Both turned out to be true. We had to take it in on Saturday morning and were extremely grateful they were open. Harry originally told us it would be fixed by noon on Monday, but we were all set and good to go by 10am! I wish I lived in New Jersey so I could always take my cars to them. I would give 10 stars if I could! We can’t thank you and your staff enough for making sure we got to Florida safely! You are the best:)”

“My car was keyed from the front to back panel of the driver side and was literally here for four days. I initially met with Thomas who appraised my car for me and he was very personable, kind, professional, and sympathetic when I walked in pretty upset about the situation. He assured me he would take care of it and make it look new again and just that he did. For the job needed to be done, it was very quick and I appreciated the communication kept thru the whole process! Thanks Thomas I’ll be coming back because of you!”

“Most knowledgable, trustworthy and kindest mechanics I’ve ever known. Car trouble and maintenance are a hassle and a headache. If you want a peace of mind, Twins are the best option. I value them just as much as my doctor and dentist and I’m grateful for all they do!”

“Very professional, wonderful and honest people, fair price. The engine light of my car was on when I got it. Went to Team Toyota, they charged $200+ just to figure out where the problem might be, and told me there was “gross leak”. Smoke test + repair would cost easily $700 to a couple k there. Then I went to big oak citgo as two neighbors recommended. Tyler was great! He did smoke test and mentioned there was no big issue. Then we discussed repairing options and state inspection. He was so so professional, honest, and helpful! Beth at the front desk was also very kind. Would go here for any car service from now on!”

“We purchased a new 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum today at Mount Holly Nissan. Matthew Robinson was our Sales Representative and he did a tremendous job in answering our questions, understanding our needs, and then expertly guiding us through the entire sales process. Along with Matthew, Finance Manager Cholly Ruggiero patiently walked us through the contract signing process and provided us with excellent advice towards understanding our financing decisions. We consider both Matt and Cholly as key assets to the reputation and success of Mount Holly Nissan and we plan to recommend them - and this dealership - to our families, friends, and neighbors.”

“I usually drop my car off for service and have had great experiences with that (they provide texts and videos throughout to communicate). Today I had to wait for service to be completed with my 2 year old and was pleasantly surprised when they had a small playroom in the waiting area! I've never been to a dealership with that amenity and it was SO nice. It turned a wait I was dreading into a play date with my son. They are honest and upfront with any work that needs to be done, and I've always had a complimentary car wash included!”

“This place is the best! I've had many problems in the past with tons of other places. As for Mavis Discount tires in Bordentown this place literally save me from spending hundreds elsewhere. I want to say thank you to Mary Ellie and the rest of the staff for understanding my situation and being very friendly.”

“I cannot say enough good things about my experience with CarShop Mount Holly and especially Dana Washington. From the very beginning, Dana was incredible. I had been looking for a very specific car for quite some time, and the minute I reached out, she got on it. She located the car, reserved it for me, and made the entire deal happen quickly and easily. She even helped me find a better insurance rate, which was completely above and beyond what I ever expected from a salesperson. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was absolutely spotless. Every accessory was neatly waiting in the trunk, and there was a big red bow on it, which made the whole experience feel special. Even the manager called while the deal was going through simply to introduce himself and make sure everything was going smoothly. It was genuinely the easiest interaction I have ever had purchasing a car. I think we sometimes get drawn in by the beautiful high-end showrooms and luxury dealerships and assume that is where we are going to receive the best service, attention, and value. The truth is, CarShop gave me a better experience than any of them. Everyone I dealt with was honest, straightforward, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. There was no pressure, no games, and no feeling that I had to constantly be on guard during the process. And Dana was the absolute star of the experience. She listened to what I wanted, acted immediately, kept everything moving, and made buying a car feel exciting instead of stressful. I drove away in a car I absolutely love and feeling like I had been treated fairly and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. I would recommend Dana Washington and CarShop without hesitation. If I ever need another car, she will be my first call.”
