“I have been to this Truist Bank location in West Deptford several times. There is a teller there and her name is Carol and she is great! I have been there while she has had to help people with problems and she always helps them. I have had no problems since BB&T changed to Truist. The change was easy. I also use the branch in Mullica Hill and going there has worked well too. The tellers there are also good and I’m sure they could help with any problem but as I said initially Carol is exceptional.”

I should have caught on to this typo using basic common sense but just thought "wow what an amazingly convenient, nearly 24hour bank this is!" I choose to believe that I'm not the only one, thus why I wrote the review and suggested the edit”

“I was banking with Fulton Bank in Paulsboro, NJ for years now and I started a small business last year . I decided to go in person to Chase and see what they had to offer my business kind of shopping around .This was due to the way I was treated and lied to by staff at Fulton Bank and, their honest review is next besides, I'm closing ALL accounts due to my experiences there and this appt last week. I went to this Chase branch.Last Saturday 11/ 2/24 , I had an appt. with Mr. Melvin Lugo, to possibly open a business account and was a little weary aft my experience at previous banks . Just meeting him and speaking for 5 min. this was the COMPLETE opposite of Fulton/ most banks !!! What a breathe of fresh air !! I was treated with the upmost respect and felt comfortable speaking finacially about business and goals. Melvin was amazing to say the very least. He made me feel like family and at home literally!!! Very down to earth and ALL questions were answered HONESTLY and without the "run arround" ! He helped me beyond what I ever expected out of any bank ever in my life !! He took his time to really go above and beyond. I was shocked at the same time so relieved . It really felt like speaking to a family member that is helping you with something. That is the only way I can honestly describe our appt. I've never had such a pleasant and informative experience in my life with ANY bank ANYWHERE. I've never met him and it felt like we have known each other for years. He went above and beyond to help and did more than I even imagined . I felt compelled to give him and this Chase branch the credit they deserved.Honestly this bank and this branch of Chase deserves 5 stars . I am in no way affiliated with him or this bank and obviously I'm banking with him and Chase once again. The 15min drive is well worth being treated so well. As a small business owner, I can't thank you enough Melvin you deserve this recognition and credit!!! Thank you so much!”

“Me and my partner visited this TD today and Jasmine Howell made everything a Breeze ! We enjoyed our experience so much we felt moved to leave a review!We used to live in Jersey but recently moved to Philly , we visited Two TDs in Philly which did not assist us in the least. We called and spoke to jasmine who already sounded warm and welcoming over the phone about coming in and she even created our appointment without us even asking. We finally arrived and were greeted shortly after by Jasmine. She helped my partner quickly and efficiently to open a new account. She was knowledgeable and put us onto new perks which benefitted me and him. We both now have TD so this information was so helpful. She truly brings out the convenience advertised in the slogan. Just wanted to leave this review for her since she turned our wild morning into a reassuring experience. In closing, my partner successfully opened his account and she assisted us like we were old friends. She deserves recognition and I recommend her to all!”
