“I had the best experience with Ewa, who works in the pharmacy. My specific medication has been on back order at numerous pharmacies for two weeks. I am currently running out and will be away when I officially run out. I would not have been able to access the medication until I return (if it is in stock). Ewa advocated for the rx transfer I was requesting and made sure it was filled as soon as possible. Just as I had almost given up on accessing the medication, she really prioritized my needs and came through. I can’t thank her enough!”
