“Very clean facility Tony the over night guy was extremely nice and helpful yeah that guy was one of a kind long trip there was worth it ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“I have used them for dry cleaning as well as tailoring and always had great service and great results.
Very friendly staff, always welcoming and willing to assist, painless process getting alterations done.”
“Great place to take your dry cleaning. Owner is an exceptional human being. Not many people take the time to employ young people and help build them for a future.”
“Best place for alterations in the city! I’ve taken numerous things here to get hemmed from a bridesmaid dress, to a pair of pants. Every time they make sure it’s exactly how I want it & prices and turn around time are extremely reasonable. I’ve referred many people here and have only heard great things! Highly highly recommend!!”
“They always do a great job. I needed them to take out a pair of pants the same day for a wedding, and they didn’t even charge me extra (even though I insisted). Fantastic customer service!”
“By far my favorite laundromat. Huge washers for the people who rather do it all in one shot. They take really good care of the machines. Clothes always come out super clean. Free drying when u wash there. Never waiting for someone to get their wash. The attendants r constantly cleaning and disinfecting. Great price.”
“I will start by saying they are accommodating. Their work is very good. However they're delivery and demeanor is harsh. They're not rude, just very curt.
It's easy to find as it's right on the main Street in Clayton, the hours are reasonable as is the price.
I paid $4.25 to have my husband's suit dry-cleaned overnight.”
“They go above and beyond for their customers! I completely forgot about two outfits that I brought and needed the next day for vacation! It was a 4pm on Saturday when they called to remind me and stayed there until I picked my order up FORTY minutes LATE!! That sums them up!! Amazing, amazing!! Thank you for everything!”
“I thought the Paulsboro laundry was pretty good. Very clean clothes and it only took about 23 minutes. The washing machines seem to range between $4 to $8 a load- depending on the size of the machine. The most popular machines seem to be the LG machines, they looked the newest and they are $4.50. I used a $6 maxi machine. I was able to fit a set of queen size sheets, 2 throw blankets, a large towel, a heavy shirt and undershirt. My only complaint is the fabric softener dispenser looked a little moldy or grungy. Looks like it needs to be wiped out. I was there about 1:00 p.m. on a Monday, it really wasn't busy. I didn't need to use the dryer this time but another customer told me they're very good and very hot. There is seating inside but it's easy enough to sit in your car and wait for your load to be done. Last wash 8pm.”
“Rarely ever have an issue ; if I do the owner comes and helps as quickly as he can and the cleaning lady is the sweetest!
I love coming here to do laundry especially when it’s empty. Kids love the snack machine!”
“Not only a great place for dry cleaning but the service is friendly and they even helped me out as a walk-in to assist me with faulty shoulder straps on my outfit by fixing/tightening which allowed me to be on my way quickly. Thank you so much! You’re the best!”
“Custom is AMAZING!!! I had my daughter’s prom dress cleaned there. It was covered in oil & powder (long story) b4 she even got to wear it. I went there crying. No one else would take it due to fear of breaking the cleaning machine. Custom Cleaners got it Sparkling clean. It is seriously a miracle!!! Recommend 100 out of 10!!!!!!”
“Today was my first time using this laundromat and I was pleased with my experience. I called ahead to verify the hours of operation and last load, when I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms Valerie. It was already about 9:30 when I called but she was still so understanding and polite. She asked me how much laundry I had and welcomed me to come by!
Ms Valerie welcomed me as a new customer and made small talk with me, but she never stopped working. There was a vending machine for snacks and one for drinks that are reasonably priced. Yet Ms Valerie let me know there was free coffee and cookies available on a back table. She was very welcoming, her customer service was top tier.
When I arrived it was busy but there were plenty of washers and dryers still available. I was a little shocked to see the smallest washers were $4.25 though. I found that to be kind of high until I realized they are big enough to fit 2 loads in each. However, I do wish they had a few regular size, one load washers available. The machines all look new and very well maintained and the place was clean. I didn’t use the bathroom but they do have one available for customers.
The dryers get really hot so everything dried on the first cycle. There’s signage on the wall that says what not to dry. They offer “wash & fold” services as well, or “drop & pickup”.”
“Wanted to say thank you soo much to Blackwood cleaners! I had a dress that needed to be hemmed very quickly and they were able to help me. I appreciate them so much . Such great service! Thank you!”
“THE BEST! I cannot say enough great things about this dry cleaner! Whatever you are in need of - I have had pants altered, jackets repaired, stains removed, everything...they do an AMAZING JOB. I trust them completely with all of our clothing. The woman who works there is so kind and sweet! Honestly, it's always such a pleasure to "have to" drop by!”
“Best laundry in the area. Never a long wait for the large washers, dryers are great and prices cannot be beat. Only downside is no bathroom but Wawa is right up the street!”
“I love taking my cloths here and have been going there for years. Tailoring to cleaning you can't go wrong. The owner is super nice and friendly. I highly recommend.”
“I have been customer for over 20 years. Wayne, the owner, and his wife are reliable, friendly, affordable and go above and beyond. I've used their dry cleaning, laundering, sewing, tailoring/hemming, stain removal, etc.
I cannot say enough about their top notch customer service. They usually have my laundry ready several days early. I've had some of the toughest stains and Wayne seems to always do the impossible. The best part is the owner will tell you if he cannot do a job; very honest. They continue to win and keep my business.”
“The cleanest laundromat I've been to in a long time oh my God the lady behind the desk I cannot remember her name and I hope she's not mad at me when they get the review but she is the sweetest woman you ever want to meet she greeted us with a smile she even helped my cousins fill out job applications I love this laundromat”
“I've been to many Laundromats in Philly and this is by far the MOST CLEAN one. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. Bathroom is clean. If you wash your clothes, drying is FREE! You don't need quarters, you get a washer card from the machine.”
“This is my favorite laundromat to go to!! Not only can you do your clothes but there’s a car wash connected to it. The employees are always so helpful and sweet. I highly recommend!! :))”

“I have been going here for ages and I have never had a problem. It's always been run by the same husband and wife, who are kind and friendly, and everything is done well and on-time.”
“I went this afternoon , a rainy Sunday, because I wanted to launder a quilt/comforter that was too large for my washer and dryer at home. The parking was easy, the laundromat was clean, the wonderful woman working there was friendly and helpful. She clearly had a nice relationship with many of the clients. I would definitely come here again.”
“For self-wash, the facility is clean and reasonably priced. The staff is also very friendly. I’ve been using this facility for years on an as-needed basis.Today, I had a lot to manage and decided to try the full-service wash and fold. The clothes were clean, but were sloppily folded. After spending over an hour refolding the laundry, I realized unfortunately my favorite nice shirt from an expensive store was missing from my clothes and I had someone else’s lost sock.Had my shirt not been missing with the laundry bag I had put it in, I would’ve given 4 stars. I’m hoping when I call tomorrow morning that they still have my shirt and laundry bag and have not given it away to another customer by accident.EDIT: So I was luckily able to get my favorite shirt back! The woman who did my clothes never dried my shirt and left it in the laundry bag on a counter. So when I called first thing this morning, it was found, dried and will be ready for pick up shortly. I will likely have to wash it again, as it’s been sitting wet since at least 3pm yesterday, but I’m happy to have it back!Something to consider before using a full-service option like this…Is the time-savings worth the possibility of having your clothes lost or damaged (shrunk)? For me, it’s not.”
“They are a gem around the corner , they clean and press my wife's and my clothes perfectly and can fix almost anything thank you glad to know you for 20 years keep up the great work that you do !!!”

“Great place the workers are always so nice and they say hi to you very friendly they are always happy to see you come back I have laundry mats around here but I rather go here even on the busiest days you find washers and drys are free live it here and they always cleaning you can enjoy yourself watching tv ? the games or news or whatever you want you hungry you can go next door to crown fried chicken get food ? and eat it there or if you want to get your nails or eye brows done real quick while your clothes dry you can go next door it’s a nail salon ? all and all this place it’s a 5 for me”
“Clean, different options for load sizes and costs, machines are in good working order, and there's even a fun vintage "pinball" machine where you win a ball with each play (25¢) ~ would give full 5 stars but on a hot day, even with fans, it's really hot (but I'd prefer that to higher costs to use the machines). There's a box with donated books & a magazine bin and a few other donated odds & ends ~ very obviously a caring community.”
