Big Box style hardware store. Same stuff as the other ones just different colors. Geared a bit towards the homeowner the products they carry are a little bit more expensive and slightly better quality than the other places. Tool selection and appliance selection are similar to the other places.

Omg, this store is incredibly unhelpful, went through several employees who just point fingers, send you to customer servicr no one working the departments. No help, just a lot of employeed standing around bsing while i wait, again for assistance.trying to buy flooring and will have to gp elsewherrthey are bad

Just left the store. The older guy working the windows section told us he would be back in 5-10 minutes. We waited and waited and gave up. He never came back to help. We are on our way to Home Depot for better service.

Ordered a LG LRFLC2706S refrigerator on 11-18-23 and set up delivery for 11-22-23. Delivery window was between 8 am and 8 pm. took the day off from work since our fridge died. No updated delivery info until 7:30pm 11-22-23 that the delivery was delayed. I checked multiple times by phone during the day and on line to get the message that it was still scheduled up to 8:00pm. Now try to reschedule and find the earliest it can come is 11-29-23, are you kidding me? DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM LOWE'S! No communication, no updates, no product delivered. I'll never buy from them again.

I was in the Sewell Lowes today. I don't know his name but the young guy in the paint department was the best. He was polite and very helpful.....give him a raise...this is the employee you want to keep

This Lowe's has gotten rid of their cashiers in favor of self checkout only. I've bought many things here over the years but this is the last time I'll shop at any Lowe's if this is the way they are going.I won't support a company that won't pay an employee to do a job and then turn around and expect their customers to do that job for free.

I recently purchased cellular shades at Lowes in Mantua and was assisted by Carla and Jamie. They gave superior customer service! Carla definitely knows her products and knew exactly which in-stock brand would work best for me. The installer Steve was top notch as well. I believe I received great personalized service. Very impressed with the whole process.

We had a new washing machine delivered on the afternoon of Saturday September 2, to our home in Mullica Hill. After doing some laundry, I was selecting cold water washes but noticed that the water was hot. I told my husband so he checked and GUESS WHAT?! The hot and cold water lines were NOT hooked up properly- they were the opposite of how they should have been.Aside from bringing the washer into our home, THEIR ONLY JOB was to hook up the water lines, that are clearly marked with red and blue. Does Lowe’s hire people who are brain damaged ?We are reluctant to have Lowe’s do anything in our home after this experience. Yes this was an easy fix but the next one may not be. Is it possible to have any trust in workers these days? I’m tired of knowing that I have to check everyone’s work . ( retired teacher)ALSO we did not get an INSTRUCTION MANUAL with this washing machine. We had to look up on line how to use it. I’m still not sure what all the bells and whistles do. We feel frustrated and let down about this new purchase☹️
