Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Sewell, NJ Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. This huge store is always neat and pet friendly. It is a big box store geared towards the homeowner with a wide tool and appliance selection. Associates in departments like flooring and paint are noted for being the best, with polite, courteous, friendly, and super kind customer service. However, online inventory skills can be poor, so calling to physically check stock is advised.
I love Lowe’s. BUT….Before I could begin scanning my purchases, an associate (unsolicited) stepped in front of me, grabbed my items from the cart, and started scanning them. It’s called ‘Self-Checkout’ for a reason.

I found everything I was looking for. The staff I spoke with were very nice, but not very knowledgeable. The cashier handled a difficult and loud customer with tremendous grace. The garden center was a pleasant surprise, and their succulents are very robust.
